PLEASE CALL THIS NUMBER AND EMAIL
Erik Ablin 202-514-2007 erik.ablin@usdoj.gov
He's the guy in charge of the new legislation to take the DNA of all people arrested.
If you want your voice heard then call and email him and tell everyone you know to stop this legislation. If you don't want the potential of your DNA becoming public knowledge (probably more likely to come with the thought crime bill and the draft on the horizon).

According to this, Erik Ablin is Senior Counsel for the U.S. Dep't. of Justice.
FTA:
"Thirteen states have similar laws: Alaska, Arizona, California, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia."
Oh dear. My state is listed there. I never got the memo on this.
That's what they've been hoping all along: to fly under the radar. It seems to be working well, as I had no idea this was presently allowed in Alaska either. It must be relatively new.

This is against every law of man
are they friggin kidding me? How is this possible? I would absolutely resist this. No I will not comply!
You don't have a choice
.
The State of Texas has already said
that before any children can be re-united with their parents the parents will have to submit to DNA testing.
Some parents offered birth certificates to prove who they are, but the authorities asked "how do we know those aren't fake?"
This is frightening, Submit to DNA collection (at your own expense) or you will never see your kids again.
Paging, 4th and 5th Amendments...
...you are wanted immediately!
FTA: "Using authority granted by Congress, the government also plans to collect DNA samples (...)"
Uh, which authority did Congress grant? The authority to (yet again) completely disregard our protections under the 4th and 5th amendments?
What's the legislation for this?
Paging Dr. Paul...cardiac arrest in the maternity ward
Constitution-loving mother had heart attack when she heard they require her DNA to unite her with her new baby after a C-section......
