The hits just keep on coming don't they?
Many of you know i have scaled back my posting here to focus on more positive issues and due to time restrictions i have at the moment.
I find myself again having to defend my integrity and explain my position to remove all doubt that i am a black op considering someone has posted such a topic that has spread all over the internet now.
1: This is insane and to bring forth such a question is disturbing to me for why would a black op educate the American people on how to understand how their election process works?
2: Why would i decide to encourage the people to become involved in their local party as to effect change in their party as to bring the party back to it's roots?
3: Yes my goal has always been to create the illusion that i am here to help but rather my intentions are to have people become involved to make positive change only to have them arrested or beaten by the riot police. Give me a break!
4: I have explained many timeS why i CAN NOT be a delegate for i was an Admin for the democratic party until 4 months ago and i must have been registered as a Republican the previous year of the election to be eligible to be a delegate.
5: I am a member of many meetups primarily the Ron Paul Delegates National Alliance and National Ron Paul Grassroots Campaign.
6: I have become extremely bored with these attempts and to be honest i do not have the time for it.
7: You are all free to believe what you will for i have no control over your thought process or the attempts to illicit prescribed responses so you will all have to decide for yourselves what i am and why i am here although i believe i have made that clear to the thousands i have spoken with.

you would be able to ignore the slings and arrows and not even present a post like this. If you are righteous there is no need to respond to the attacks as most intelligent observers will be able to discern ulterior motives or agendas without any response from you. I too have been accused of being a "CIA plant," a "Mossad plant" and so on. Not here but on Youtube and another website. Apparently if you don't place your address and phone number online as well as have numerous channels (to me that is akin to placing a bullseye on my head) you are not who you state yourself to be and instead are working for the "man."
We all need to remember that anyone who makes such a statement and accusation against another IS one of them! You are getting close or are spot on to how they operate or you have discovered what they are doing when they start to squack. You have discovered the truth to reality.
They don't worry about those that are off the mark.
Back when Yahoo had message boards I had threats against my life by the Zionist goonies. They didn't scare me fortunately and eventually went away - I don't think it was worth it for them to take it any further as most people once threatened with their life will shirk down and disappear so it's a fairly successful tactic to silence. They took a chance and lost with me as they will with anyone who's strong and intelligent enough to stand up for themselves but I also prepared for this by deciding not to have children or own property (I believe I am a spiritual being and have never desired such weighty, material/physical things in my life) so there are no attachments that they may use as a tool to threaten.
Regarding free masons, my grandfather was a 32nd degree mason. He and his wife lived a very modest life and he was honored as the longest living volunteer of the St. Paul (MN) chapter of the American Red Cross. I believe he was 89 at the time of the honor.
He was also a ghost writer for a weekly column in his episcopal church's weekly newsletter, where he attended faithfully and was at various times a deacon and involved in many ways beyond being a congregate. He was the most honest, humble, truthful, COMPASSIONATE and hard working man you would ever meet.
People that know little about the true workings of a group of people should hesitate before making blanket statements about its membership and intentions.
Just like in every other group, there are always people that are deceiving and positioning for power and control; its human nature. So let's say 2% of all masons are not who they proclaim to be - that doesn't mean that all of the membership ranks are deceptive liars with ulterior motives.

let us look at Dr. Paul's recent comments in his speeches. He has mention the situation is still fluid and a lot can happen during the next few months that can change the situation with the nomination. Before Dr. Steve posted here, I already read and know that in NV for instance, where he received 13% of the vote, he actually received 1/3 of the delegates, and by this time probably much more since all the other contenders but one has dropped out.
SPG has done and is doing a good job. He has not suggested anything illegal
and urged people to also look at the specific state requirements about bound/unbound delegates etc. as it differs and to see where one cna democratically change restrictive regulations AND enforce existing regulations that favor it to become a RP delegate. At the RNC people should behave very civilized, though firm and strong. Remember, many people who have not voted for RP consider the McCain vote a "fraud", being voted in by Democrats and Independents, who cannot become delegates. I do not think neither the RNC nor the DNC meetings will be very harmonious this year! There has been some quite even violent stuggle in previous years at conventions, I have heard, where people even pulled the hair of the others. We should always remain highly civilized and firm/strong on the rules. You should know the rules and contingency plans for tricks by some and be prepared and think how you will react. SPG can provide valuable insight. He cannot be a delegate, unfortuantely, but wonder whether he could be present, as a helper (it is a stupid job), or some of his children could be helpers?
SPG, I think some people are very emotional, like we all are at times, some seem to have some obsession with you. You have my empthathy, but do not be discouraged. We all think positive and the message of freedom and trust in Dr. Paul should bring all together.
If Dr. Paul consider the possibility that a lot can still happen and he can win the nomination through an "unconventional" way, he certainly does not plan any coup or force of whatever kind and SPG would never encourage anyone to put him in a bad light. It seems like some of SPG's critics does NOT share Dr. Paul's view that there is still a possibility that he can wint he nomination.
We see some GOP strategists come with a lot of tricks. Let us all consider this through the wider context of the Iraq war and the economy, the two most important issues in the election. A deterioration in one or borth would mean that the presumptive nominee McCain has NO chance of winning. The GOP will do everything to win the election and these factors will aid the majority feeling that an alternative nominee is to be elected.
If Dr. Paul does get the nomination, sure he alone cannot stop the economic problems int he short run, but in the middle to long run he will help stabalize and strenghten the USD, the root of the problem is the weak USD and other measures to stimulate the economy which would mean that the crisis would be much less severe than with any of the other candidates.
The radio is very good to keep the momentum going and message out. Concentrate on campaigning for our candidates paulcongress.com now, so that the most of them win their primaries during the next few weeks and months, apart fromt eh remaining primaries for Dr. Paul. A good showing by Paul delegates will also aid Dr. Paul a lot at the RNC. If they poll very well and better comparably than other GOP candidates vs their Democratic counterparts, it will be clear tot he GOP that Dr. Paul's platform can be a winnign formulae! ANd this is also how we can get momentum tog et Dr. Paul the nomination. It will never ever be easy, but there is hope. Let us all unite - with all our individual, personal, political differences around the freedom emssage and show hwo it brings us together and not divide us. If we are so divided and seem to smear the other, how can we project any strentgth and unity for the other GOP to join and follow us?

D'ya think Steve Parent will *apologize* for the "reception" the RP delegates have received in several of the state posts today? Not!
In the business world terminology (something Steve seems to have no concept about), what Steve Parent has been teaching is a "hostile takeover". And as we've seen with various major corporate ones, the original "owners" do not stand idly by!
Even still, those directly harmed by the highly publicized "coup" plans think it will somehow backfire on the current GOP elite.

Hmm your statement might work as an abstract, but if one examines it a little more closely (and you'd know this from marketing) that only works within your target audience to some degree. Some of us are "talked about" locally, or even better only our ideas are, or even BETTER someone has become a delegate because "some guy and his wife" brought them the information and sat down at Panera to discuss eligibility and the process :) It depends on what it is you are marketing, I suppose: I was not marketing my name, but the process, therefore I doubt sincerely that more than a dozen people have "talked about me" by name... yet I'm doing many things "right" :)
People do answer their critics for various reasons. One is to garner fame/recognition (that same marketing... sometimes the best thing for a product is to be persecuted). Another is to defend against claims that might stick, hence rendering the "product" less effective and calling its "manufacturer" into question. This is also human nature. If someone calls you a foul enough name that undercuts your efforts, you'll defend yourself. Another is to feel intellectually superior which, with some of the people doing the insulting, must be pretty easy.
Your post is indicative of something alarming, though, that I hope Dr. Steve sees. "If I understood it well enough (as you do) then I would spend every waking moment talking and sending emails to meetup groups nationwide..." That long sentence shows two things I've seen arising lately.
1) Dr. Steve has himself stated several times he is not an expert on every state, nor is he addressing every state, other than to say "get educated". The idea he should swoop in and educate everyone assumes he personally has that knowledge to give. It embodies him with some sort of Christlike powers that he doesn't have. No one does.
2) The movement is made up of individuals. The notion that some overlording figure should, again, swoop in and dictate what sort of methods meetup groups use to accomplish their goals is alarming. If some people focus longterm (perhaps their state has already had a Convention, perhaps in their state becoming a delegate at this juncture is not as easy as all that), and some focus shortterm (those states and localities which still can elect delegates, still can unbind, still have their Conventions up-and-coming), and some even multitask... well that gives the whole movement an altogether better chance of being more than a historical footnote.
The above two points are disheartening to have to point out, but people will do what they do and follow whomever they want, I suppose. There is danger is an overcentralization of knowledge, and perceived omniscience on issues... my opinion, of course, but that's part of why I joined this movement. I don't want to replace the broken cogs of the machine with shinier versions. I want to get rid of most of the cogs altogether.

You might consider "renaming" your thread to "mole", because the additional information in your thread about Steve's high level Democratic contacts and his "living out of the country" and why he couldn't vote/become delegate was new information for me.
I'm sure the Democrats reading the boards are laughing at how well Steve Parent has totally polarized (sabotaged!) the "RP movement" into his "cult" members who will try to stage a "coup" at the national convention and the *REPUTABLE* RP followers who are trying to influence the GOP party platforms in their home states.
If any attempts by SP's "cult members" are actually made to stage a "coup", RP's name will become a laughingstock. Does that qualify as a "mole" or "blackops"? Or just sheer stupidity?
In fact, people are posting on both DailyPaul and RonPaulForums to go against McCain *without ever mentioning RP's name*. Obviously, damage has already been done to RP's reputation.
If bound-for-McCain national delegates defy their state(s) and vote for RP *in the first round* and get ejected from the convention, those headlines will even overshadow McCain. I see no way, RP/McCain or other, that the Democrats won't win the election by a landslide, which is absolutely appalling.
Obviously, there are also personal posts about how state GOP are attempting to block "RP delegates" due to the "reputation" publicized about the "Steve Parent delegates".
Question: Will the national GOP refuse seating for *all* RP delegates due to Steve Parent's "cult followers"? If so, the RP movement (in his name) will be destroyed right then.

I have constantly seen for many weeks, now, all this talk, planning, secrecy,... about how RP's delegates might win him the GOP nomination (without McCain having withdrawn for any health/legal reason).
However, I see absolutely no evidence of thinking about the blowback that would definitely occur or even the next steps necessary for RP to have a chance at winning the general election.
Big question 1: If the RP delegates "game the system" (to the absolute letter of the rules) to unbind delegates, to refuse to vote first round, to violate their bound vote the first round, etc., WOULD RP ACCEPT THE NOMINATION under those circumstances?
Hasn't RP already indicated that he does *not* want his supporters to act in such a fashion in relation to his presidential campaign?
Hasn't RP pretty well indicated that he wants delegate involvement to impact the platform of the GOP party?
If RP wins the nomination, what happens to his Congressional seat election that he has clearly indicated was his first priority?
Big question 2: Given all the votes that have been cast across the country, as well as the DEM delegate issues for FL and MI negating the votes of those voters, exactly how do you think the general public would react if an "unknown" suddenly was the GOP nominee?
Note: How would RP supporters react if some candidate other than McCain got the nomination that way (remember LA)?
If RP were to win the nomination under any of these ("secret" strategy) scenarios, would the national convention BE THE END, not only of the GOP party, but also of the fledgling RP *movement*?
Worse, would it destroy everything that RP has personally worked for over his entire political career, including his Congressional seat?
Obviously, the GOP party is *not* welcoming the RP delegates "with open arms" at the state levels. What are those old-time GOP members planning in defense in their own "secret meetings" for the national convention?
Also, there is a pretty clear indication that, if the sneak attack of the RP delegates were to succeed, the MSM would plaster negative *headlines* that would harm the credibility of RP and *all* RP delegates in all states, even if they weren't individually involved in any fashion.

I must say I was shocked to realize that the RP supporters who have impressed me so much, until just recently, have turned out to be no different than any other politicians who will do whatever they feel like to get what they want, based on various levels of rationalization.
Since no one seems to have discussed "coup" attempts with Dr. Paul, I have just sent an e-mail to him. I hope he gets it.
The purpose of my e-mail was to simply make Dr. Paul aware of what delegates may do "in his name" at the national convention vs. being surprised by a microphone in his face asking his opinion about some of his supporters having been ejected from the convention.
It is now up to Dr. Paul to determine what action he will take, if any.
Personally, I no longer care. I expressed my concerns and that's all anyone can do.
Time will tell whether my concerns were justified. If it turns out that my concerns were valid, the damage will have already been done.
Many of the people who have posted are not people I would ever invite into my home, so why would I care what they think, let alone "trust them" politically?
Ironically, I received an e-mail today to "Paulites" that was due to someone giving out my private e-mail address to others *without my permission*.
I indicated that since I didn't know which "type" of supporter, ethical or unethical, the person using RP's name as a reference was, I was not interested in donating to his campaign.
I no longer trust the RP movement to honor RP's values.
As a result, consider me an RP movement drop-out.

Whatever their intentions, the net effect of those who suggest ulterior and nefarious motives is to impede your forward momentum. The more you stop to battle your detractors, the less momentum you will achieve to draw in others to your cause. Therefore I recommend ignoring the ankle biters and concentrating on recruiting and educating delegates.

My intentions are to persuade the 'Dr.' to stop patting himself on the back while acting like a martyr and bragging about all he's done for us. If he would only heed this suggestion then more would listen to him, more would get accomplished, and we'd waste much less time reading about his persecution here on DP.
I'm skeptical that he has a PhD, and that makes him lose all credibility.

Two weeks ago I ran into a homeless guy that I chat with occasionally.. he's got a shack down by the river (sounds like a country song, does it not?) We struck up a conversation that wasn't as superficial as it normally goes.
He's putting up fence for me now.. makes 100 bucks a day, we give him 3 hot meals and the use of the shower... he's wearing some of my clothes.
Turns out he's a wiz at gardening, as well. He's made me rethink what I was doing with my tomatoes.
I'm not going to post this in the local newspaper. I'm not going to ask him to kiss my ass when I pay him.. he's earning it. We've made the beginnings of a relationship. He has issues... I can't help him with them, but I can help him right now.
I could have done the fence quicker by myself.

My personal opinion is that if you have an internet connection and a brain, you can look up Robert's Rules and a bajillion examples of them. Want to know your state's delegate laws? ZOMG.. there is a site for that!
If you cannot use your brain and your internet connection, then yes.. you need someone to carry you through it. That doesn't make you a shining example of individualism in my book. It also doesn't make the guy that carries you through it a shining example of a leader.. a good leader pushes .... they do not pull. They also do not later point out that they suck at time management and cannot afford thier own phone bill... I've a 13 year old that manages better. She also doesn't need told 147 times a day that she's a decent human being and that she does the best that she can.. she knows this. It's called self-esteem in my house.
