Heart Breaking video. Please watch this video. This Ron Paul supporter needs help. Her daughter was stolen by the State of Missouri like many other thousands of children stolen from their parents to get pork money from Washington using those poor children as an excuse. Please sign her petition and if you know any lawyers who can help her please contact her and help. Please respond and do something.

It's easy for those of us
who are married and making our mortgage payments to tell CPS to take a hike if they show up on our doorstep, but if there is a slight chink in your armor CPS will take advantage of it.
In custody disputes, CPS gets the opportunity to see into your home when they wouldn't otherwise. At the same time, your assets are tied up, even if you are affluent, due to the divorce proceedings.
Other types of court proceedings that are meant to establish precedent, such as over homeschooling or government preference for the highly medicalized birth industry targets people who are too poor or embarrassed to ask for public help (or the people they would ask would be identified as sympathizers as a result). At the same time, warrants are issued in a way that either tie up assets or tie up the accused's access to their livelihoods. Our rights get trampled as a result of these people not being in a position to defend themselves properly in court.
That's why people who are in a position to support organizations that represent people who aren't in a financial position to properly represent themselves, should. If a prosecutor is looking to establish precedent, he/she's not going to target a well-connected, affluent person. It will be the poor and isolated. However, the precedent that tramples rights, will eventually hurt all of us.
Was this a custody battle?
I've seen accusations thrown by bitter parents in these court battles. Was this a custody battle gone amuck? She says on the film that charges were brought against her ex husband but did she file those charges? I used to work in a courthouse where bothe parents would be so aggressive with lobbing complaints at the other parent, removal from the two homes was the only way to get the child out of harms way.

was an abduction from a rally or something because the mother was a Paul supporter. I guess the "how" isnt important. Im still not clear as to the "why" but the "who" when it is through the child protective services is usually honestly based on what is beleived best for the child. If I were in the same shoes as the mother though- youre damned right Id do everything I could including painting it as a political issue- Id be posting it on Obama's, Hillary's , McCain's, Al Sharpton's and even The SpiceGirl's websites. Its worth it to me to check more into the background of why this decision was made and sign the petition if it looks like the child's interests are not being held as top priority.

this is still kidnapping in my opinion at least. They use those children that they steal from poor and weak people to use them for getting money from Washington supposedly for the kids. Works just like the prison system where they use the prisoners to get Federal money. You should be pissed even if you dont feel sorry for her at least for your taxes used in this bullcrap.

The same thing happens with schools. As more kids are diagnosed with some type of "disorder" the school receives more money... It's actually in their best interest to diagnose more kids as having problems than what is actually true.

I am questioning why the videos were just posted in February 2008. If that's how long it's been going on, she needs to state that. It would be helpful if she could give a timeline. The petition link says the petition is no longer available or something similar.

I signed the petition and had no problems. Over 4,500 signatures and counting. Where did you read this happened in 1999 or that the link was from 1999? Neither YouTube nor the petition even existed in 1999.

Im not heartless. and I agree with your cause- apparently you werent on the DP when after the success of the moneybombs we had "RP supporters" needing new shingles or their roofs were gonna cave in etc etc. Like I said- the link didnt work- Ill try again and sign a petition. I feel like the title of the thread is misleading. If its a case of the ONLY reason this mother lost custody of one of her 3 children was so that someone could pick up a foster care check-and that in addition to everything else- our govt is in the business of human trafficking then yeah -pure evil and it is our responsibility as human beings to do something about it.
