I preordered my copy a few months ago. Amazon emailed me yesterday, it's in the mail. Can't wait to get it!

It would make an eye-catching part of an election-oriented display of books.

They can always put up a sign for any other candidate's book if they're worried about fairness.

I have read lately. Truthful, well documented and so true!

Doesn't tabulate its bestseller list from internet generated sales? So sixty percent of overall sales are overlooked and disregarded. That factor right there changes my perception of the list. But then again it is the gold star every author is aiming for. Guess I'll go buy some mothers and fathers day gifts at borders tonight.

Give them to your friends and family. The reviews on Amazon are outstanding and at $12 bucks it's a steal. Can't wait to get mine in the mail.

Campaign while promoting the book. Dr. Paul is brilliant.

Buy as many copies as you can.

But make sure you're purchasing them from actually stores too. That's what the NYT people look at are booksellers sales. Not internet.
