Ron Paul is being attacked by the "Defense of Democracies."
The organization is urging the House to pass a Bush-approved update to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that would provide legal immunity to phone companies that may have violated the law in facilitating the warrantless wiretapping of Americans after 9/11.
Defense of Democracies is running ads in a dozen districts across the country, targeting 11 Democrats and Paul who voted for an alternative FISA bill that passed the House last month.
I checked this organization's web-site and they're a bunch of ex-FBI and CIA members. Also, military and neo-conservatives. Basically, they are a bunch of warmongers promoting the military industrial complex. They are getting paid to keep the war buzz going so your children end up dead on foreign soil so they can make profits off of weapons.
LET'S CONTACT THEM TOMORROW AND TELL THEM THAT IF THEY MESS WITH RON PAUL THEY MESS WITH US!!!

they're running ads against Ron Paul in his district? The one where he's already won the GOP nomination, and faces no challenger in the general election?

Gently remind them
that we are supposed to live in a republic, not a democracy. After that, explain how the founding fathers never meant the United States to be the bizzaro quasi-fascist/communist hellhole that their organization is promoting.

This group IS the military industrial complex. We all here about them but can never put a face to the name but now we have one of their group's names and numbers.
Tomorrow I will call these people and let them know exactly how I feel about their attack against Dr.Paul, and I'll let them know how I feel about them making profits off of unconstitutional wars.
