The BIG story out of PA ...
Was not that Ron Paul received 16% of the GOP primary vote in spite of a near total media blackout. The big story is that, all the mainstream media lies to the contrary, John McCain is NOT "closing the deal" with disaffected conservatives. McCain captured only 72% of the GOP primary vote, disasterous at this stage of the race, especially in a "rustbelt" state, where the "Judas wing" (neocons and party establishment) are at their stongest.
McCain's total primary vote was less than a third of Hillary's and Barak's. Given even a 20% defection by disaffected Democrats (unlikely), McCain will still be swamped in general election. Take THAT to your delegate meetings, and expose the party establishment's willingness to destroy the GOP by forcing McCain on us.

The media is working hard to sell McCain
They are determined to shove this turkey down our throats, whether we like it or not. (and we, of course, do not)
The sheeple are unfortunately very easily led by the media.
I wondered why the neocon establishment bought up most of MSM after Bush was elected. They are determined to stay in power. The media blackout of Ron Paul has become so blatantly obvious, especially with the total blackout of the PA primary results.

While I love the turnout in
While I love the turnout in PA, I think it is misread. Don't get me wrong, the people in philly (where I am) are good people. The head guy, Bill Faust, is great too. I couldn't vote as I am not registered here in PA. Either way, I just want to point out that 72%, first of all, is a great number. Second, the reason it is only 72% is not that normal GOP people didn't vote for McCain. The reason is that so many new non-GOP people voted for Paul. In other words, it is an aberration. The people here in PA, especially phily, are really organized. They do a real good job. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to continue with the effort. Anyway, it's great the result but we may be overestimating. Also, and maybe most insightful, McCain has already achieved the requirements for the nomination. Hence, the motivation to vote for him is less compelling. The results essentially have no barring whatsoever. Granted, there is the convention to fight in but that is pie in the sky that idea.
Nonsense
The PA effort was lead by David, Steve, Don, Scott, Joe, Lisa, Robert, Eirik, the Babbster, Richard, Dennis, Mehul, Roaa, Dave, Craig, Joey, Mike, Chris, Dan, Carrie, Mark, Jerry, Johnny, Brandon, Ryan, Billy, Gio, Travis, Harrison, Fernando, Peter, Tom, Serenity, Al, Meghan, Jay and it's silly to go on because there were many thousands more.
If you were referring to
If you were referring to that I only referenced one name, I was just speaking off the cuff. It didn't mean anything more. Everyone did a great job. But as you say, "...it's silly to go on because there were many thousands more."
Sorry, "Schvenzlerman"
I wasn't knocking anyone but any means whatsoever. Sorry if that was how it is read. I absolutely don't wish that be the case whatsoever. Not knocking anyone. Everyone has done great work. I was just offering some thoughts on how the results were being interpreted. That's all. Not putting anyone down. Please don't think that.
If it's not too bold of me
If it's not too bold of me .... may I ask why you did not register to vote? We can use every vote!
Sorry, should have clarified
Sorry, should have clarified that I guess. I am not registered in PA. I am registered in NY and voted there.

LOL ... Gotcha! Thanks for answering :-)
For those of you who do bring this up at your GOP meetings,
please get back to us with their reactions.
Priceless.

Great Work PA
In God We Trust!
I truly believe that Ron Paul will win the White House and the reason is not just because of our hard work, but also our prayers to Him who alone has the power above all creation to lift up whomever He will. God does not honor corruption, nor lying, nor wickedness in any manner, and so who does that leave in this election? What candidate just might be an honest up front God fearing man who wants to do that which is right for the good of all?
Never leave God out of the equation because He is the ultimate decider.
Keep the faith everyone, it's gonna get better!
Thanks, Beautiful thoughts holbrook
Those that stand up for the meek (those being trampled on by government and evil men) shall inherit the land (the White House)

The whole system is corrupt.
The whole system is corrupt. The MSM and the elites pick who the candidates are and give us the "opportunity to vote" for them. It's kind of like the undemocratic system we have introduced in Iraq. Really there is not that much difference between either branch of the Republicrat Party, but arguing which straw is longer. You heard Hillary the other day putting nukes on the table in a possible Iranian candidate.
All three candidates are bent on the destruction of the foundations of this nation. No freedom, no liberty and no Constitutional government. The people will live in fear.
I know our delegates will do what they can to make a difference in St. Paul but the GOP will stop at nothing to disenfranchise them. If this happens, we need to leave the GOP branch of the Republicrat Party and form a movement, not a party. A movement to restore what our Founding Fathers intend us to have - not an empire, but a republic with the power derived from the people for the benefit of the people.
Agreed...even if the Ron Paul
Agreed...even if the Ron Paul folks are fiendishly clever, and the strategy of a brokered convention works perfectly, the elites running the GOP will just break their own rules or arbitrarily make up new ones to thwart Ron Paul.
Similarly, if McCain falls out/implodes/becomes ill, etc., the elites will quickly replace him with Mitt Romney. Mitt Romney has not dropped out of the race any more than Dr. Paul has--Romney has only "suspended campaigning". I was paying attention when he made that announcement. That means romney is the emergency backup plan and presumptive Vice Presidential nominee.
McCain will almost certainly be the nominee and Romney will be the backup, and the GOP will do anything to insure those are the results.
We're talking about a political party that doesn't even respect habeas corpus, folks. It's time for us to learn to cope with the situation.
The only way Ron Paul's name will be on the ballot in November will be if he changes his mind and runs independent or Third Party. There's nothing wrong with him running until September, but after that, if you want to see him elected president, he will have to run Third Party or independent. So if you care about him running as much as I do, I suggest you start lobbying for that ticket now, instead of changing your mind and deciding it's a good idea just two months before the election.
I'll be honest...I don't care about his congressional seat anymore. His writing and speechmaking have transcended it. Of course, he's a very modest, unassuming man, so he probably doesn't understand his importance in the great scheme of things. But I sure wish he'd risk that seat for the Oval Office.

not surprising.... this
not surprising.... this election is a scam.. the big banksters, the ruling elite have set this election to put in a demodummy...
as for me and my home, we shall worship the LORD
The GOP has bought a pig in a poke.
But you know what? They knew this all along. They really don't expect to win the general election. After the Bush fiasco years, they even understand. It is all about - stop Ron Paul! Even if the GOP has to take one for the "team" (the neo con, CFR, World Planners, who use the United States as a puppet). It's the Democrats turn, let them have a day in the sun, we need to make it look real competitive, a real sluggfest. "We'll pencil you GOP boys in next time around".
IF IF IF, the run of the mill, yellow dog GOP, homeboys (not big wigs) could be made to understand they're being used, and IF IF IF their thinking could be re-activated to what a real conservative "is", then maybe we could see a GOP revolt. But watch! The media will protray McCain as nip and tuck with either democrat, like he's really the "Man".
I would be surprised if this would happen:
"IF IF IF, the run of the mill, yellow dog GOP, homeboys (not big wigs) could be made to understand they're being used, and IF IF IF their thinking could be re-activated to what a real conservative "is", then maybe we could see a GOP revolt. .."
They block us at every turn, like we are the monsters. What they don't have to intelligence to see as that we are fighting for THEIR freedoms and THEIR prosperity.
They probably would have pulled Paul Revere off of his horse, called him a conspiracy wacko and hung him on the closest tree. IDIOTS!

I don't want Obama or Hillary
either though. Our only choice is to wake as many people up as possible, regardless of the results. I am afraid though by the time that we all do wake up and revolt, that the camps Halliburton built will be open for business by then. They sure as hell won't take me alive. I am making my peace with God, just in case. Keep up the great work.

Amen brother
I was promoting our delegates as real conservatives, and they held their own, based on the results I've seen so far - even though some of the other candidates were local to my precinct.
I think McCain will not have any grassroots workers at all this fall.
But there are many loyal party people who would vote for Charlie Manson if he was on the republican ticket. They won't work or donate to McCain, but they will vote.
"They" know what they're doing.
It's not the GOP. "They" are playing McCain like an fiddle. He is too ego tripped to notice.
When I saw the obvious blackout of RP by the media last night, I realized the strength of "them." Pictures of McCain and Huckabee? No mention of RP anywhere. And the FEC does nothing? This is not America anymore, it's gone, and the GOP and the people of this country are too dumb to see the obvious. We are up against the most powerful organizations and tyrannical leaders ever and only God who can save us.
You are kidding right?
The news showed pictures of the first and third place winners, and completely did not report on the guy in the middle?????
How frickin' obvious can it be that the whole system is rigged!
Fox News did this in Nevada, showing a picture on the screen of Romney, Huck, and McCain, with their vote totals, despite Ron Paul coming in SECOND PLACE.
This isn't the first time
This isn't the first time that's happened. I remember the Nevada coverage, too. But we should expect this--it's not like didn't know better, right..?
