Whose rights are they trying to protect? The rights of the people or the rights of the government? Shame on the Supreme Court. It is government's duty and obligation to protect the rights of the people, and they are doing a terrible job of it.
when common law was replaced with civil law, all our constitutional rights were replaced with "civil" rights. constitutional rights are supposed to be unalienable (can't touch this) but civil rights are dictated and revoked by government at will. you no longer have the right to travel freely, you are no longer innocent until proven guilty, burden of proof is no longer on the state, and the constitution cannot be used as a defense in a court of law. this is the harsh reality of America today, and the great irony is that it is those who swear an oath to protect and uphold the constitution and the American way of life (police officers, judges, elected officials) are the ones who have destroyed everything they swear an oath to protect...
What I am gleaning from this POS ruling is that the glorified tax collectors can now seize evidence from illegal arrests. Great. You know, information like this makes me never want to leave the house EVER AGAIN.

they can make an illegal arrest, search you. Then be tried for what they find in the search?
