Can you say Blow Out??
We are looking at what is shaping up to be what may be the event of the year. The Revolution Freedom Festival in Sturgis, S.D. People are already talking about it on internet radio, web sites we never heard of are advertising the Festival and it’s been mentioned on television, which was a very pleasant surprise.
We need your help to make this the “event of the year”. We have already paid $2,500.00 in out of pocket expenses for the Festival. We need approximately $25,000.00 for am/fm radio advertising, Campground expenses, Billboards, Fireworks, speaker and band expenses. Please donate today at: www.revolution4freedom.co... This is an event sure to be enjoyed and remembered by the whole family! We have rented the 512 acre Buffalo Chip Campground in Sturgis, S.D. for this week long event of July 2 – 6, 2008. and are busy making the arrangements for speakers, workshops and entertainment. This will be a cohesive event, putting all the different agendas on one docket. We will be able to unite people of many agendas into one huge mass of a voice that will not be quiet. , We will have a whole week of fun, learning and networking. Planning and testing different methods of doing things. Join us now: Get your reservations early. Rent a booth for your own project, sell your crafts or political wares...and be prepared to have a week you will never forget.
The facilities at the campground include a Waterfall and swimming Pond, skeet shooting, etc. Plus.....the fourth of July will be a huge Indian Pow Wow all day long with a finale of a grand Fire works display. This is one week long event, sure to be enjoyed and remembered by the entire family.

We must remember that in order to restore the freedoms guaranteed by the constitution, we have to be of one voice. We have to stand united. Divided we will fall. This is our opportunity to show the media and this country once again what we can do!
Let’s show them that this “Revolution” will not die. Defy the “couch critics”.

25,000 is alot of money. Especially when the thing seems to have gone viral already. Is the majority of the expense the campground and are there any spots left? What will be covered in the workshops? What will "Planning and testing different methods of doing things" entail? Will your organizers or the campground and city FD facilitate the firworks? Do we bring our own? It sounds like you have your work cut out for you. Great job coming up with such a good idea. Great way to spend the stimulus tax check. Its just bad timing for most with the economy and the March and Convention. I try how I can. maybe some supporters can donate time, materials, services in lue of money. There are so many giving people but many of us don't have money. Something I can help with that doesn't include money, I'm in!

The workshops are a work in progress from "On the Road Campaigning with Ron Paul" to "How to Preserve your own Food".
We have hired our own professional for our Fireworks Display. Yes, you can bring your own... we do however have to abide by any burn bans that may be on if there is no moisture. There will be plenty of opportunity to purchase your own fireworks upon arrival to the Black Hills / Sturgis area.
It is a lot of work but it is growing quickly, we secured more speakers just this weekend.

Revolution for Freedom
We as supporters of Liberty cannot allow this to fade from our lives. I know all about daily chores, family responsibility and job requirements, remember I was doing all that years before most of you were born. I still have responsibility to my family and have daily work to do just to keep a house and family fed, clothed and nurtured. That is not a excuse for allowing the Revolution to fade into obscurity. Just because Ron Paul is not at the lead speaking every day on the subject, he isn't appearing daily on tv or talk radio. He is still working. He has given us a guide line to go by and we should as adults be able to take some responsibility on our own and not be what others call "SHEEPLE" We are not blind.
Last night Ernest Hancock was on a call and related his meeting with Ron on just this subject. He has given us his assurance he will be in the race till the end and there is hope that the convention will be eventful. Keep that in mind and do not for one minute let your energy for Liberty wane. Another good point is he is not listening to his campaign committee as much as before, notice on the video he DID NOT ASK FOR MONEY, Just support and gave us all a Thank you for what we have done and will continue to do.
The Freedom Festival in SD will be a celebration of a huge victory, maybe not one that we want but it will be a victory for Liberty. Come and help us all celebrate.
The Government is now telling us to be scared, very scared, food shortages and storing up for our own needs, this is another tactic to control us. The national media telling us about all the rationing and shortages in turn causes us to run out and buy up all we can which in turn makes real shortages in the stores which will be reported as certain doom for everyone due to lack of food etc.. it is all timed to make sure we are too busy trying to make sure we can survive rather than opposing them as we are now. This my friends means we are winning. We have their attention and they are ratcheting up the pressure on us to capitulate and give up. DON'T LET THEM WIN THIS ONE. Stay focused. Stay active and for God's sake and our family's sakes lets win this one. It may be our last chance to keep our country and our own soverignty.

The historic Buffalo Chip Camp ground in Sturgis SD has been rented for the week of July 2 through July 6 with 2 billboards going in place in the Rapid City area promoting the event.
On July 4th Native Americans will put on a ceremonial Pow Wow for "Indianpendence Day" ending with a giant Fireworks display.
There will be lots to do for families, swimming, shooting range with safety instruction, workshops for family survival, preservation and storage of food workshop, a great workshop teaching how to get off the grid with Melinda Pillsbury Foster in a way we can all afford, Penny Langford Freeman will give a presentation on "The Campaign Trail with Ron Paul" a hilarious presentation of her 10 years with Ron as his campaign director with a slide show, plus many more exciting speakers being brought on board daily, sightseeing in the beautiful black hills and networking with many liberty minded people.
Our goal is to have many organizations and groups learn to work together to make a more powerful army of Patriots with real impact on the government. There will be vendor booths for anyone wanting to sell their items, promote their org. or just hand out information.
Jack Blood is assisting us in bringing in electrifying entertainers and George Bush ( Brent) will be there greeting everyone and endorsing Ron Paul. This should be one of the biggest and best events and be remembered as the "Patriots Woodstock in the West".

To anybody who is willing to dedicate themselves to putting together these big events to carry on the Revolution - I have nothing but the most sincere kudos for you all. I don't think that two rallies so close are necessarily a bad thing - particularly in these economic times. Not everybody can make it to DC, but perhaps Sturgis is more convenient geographically. Any event that promotes this movement is a good one, IMO.

Why have you chosen the week before the July 12 Washington DC march? Do you think people are free to just travel around the country taking vacations any old time? Or is it important that you have to pick the date and the location of each event to be in charge, even when it conflicts with other events and confuses people, ensuring questionable turnouts?

July 2nd through the 6th is the date we had already rented the Camp grounds for and had no clue what date the Revolution March would come up with. It has nothing to do with who is in charge or any of those old ego things that go around and around, that is someone elses problem not ours. We all work together, argue sometimes, disagree other times but still come together and get the job done I don't know of any one of our group that has a I want to be King attitude.. Or Queen? I do know we did not have the attendance that the Rally should have had due to the long travel from the west coast to DC. This time we are doing something that the west coast can attend as the travel distance is shorter.
I sincerely hope the March has a huge attendance and would love to know who to contact to be able to help in any way we can with our contacts etc. I do know there is some questionable items being stated as having to pay for such as the police at $51.00 per hour? I know for a fact this is not true as the police are there without cost. You can call the Events police in DC and find that out for yourself just call 202-224-8891 and ask for Kevin Augustus. He can tell you if the permit has been signed and what the details are plus what the charges are which are zero for the permit. and zero for the police.. Then call the National Park service to see where the march has a permit for. Kevin can give you the number and person to speak to. There has to be two permits (2) for a march and rally. The park service runs the march routes etc.
Heck we had sharpshooters on the roof protecting us? and it didn't cost us a cent. LOL...Oh and we won't even put out private emails saying the march has been canceled like some people did to our Rally. What a low blow to the whole movement when we have people with such low self esteem that seem to feel the need to try to ruin things for the movement in the name of loyalty to their groups.... a sad sad thing as my husband would say.
You all need to realize we are not into shady actions, everything we do is out in the open including our names and addresses and phone numbers. When people donate they know exactly who is getting the money and what it will be used for. Our only goal is to motivate people to get out of the computer syndrome and actually do something other than pick at each other and forward messages like they are actually doing something important. We don't have time for that nor will we be a part of it. Wake up people, every day now the news is even telling you the problems are coming, we have to get unified and work just for our family's survival. One of the most important workshop we will have in July is a Food Preservation and storage workshop along with Melinda Foster's workshop to get off the grid. Plus a lot of fun and entertainment.

Sorry Granny, I can not get to the campground. But I'll never forget 4/15/08 in DC!!! Sunny and warm, slightly breezy watching many mini blimps take flight, I wonder their final destination??? I still gotta send you the pics :-) Thanks again for your obvious effort ! All my best.... "Onward"

You know we are sorry that they are attempting a Rally on the 12th. Again, we have had these plans for months now... many ignore us, not our fault. We have already been advertising our Festival for weeks now, we only heard about the 12th recently.
We are looking forward to our Festival and already have a spectacular line up. It will be a wonderful celebration of speakers, workshops, vendors, food and a stunning fireworks display.
Billboards are already secured and going up, radio ads are being created.
We hope you enjoy one or the other. Just be sure you verify the event you attending before go.

The more events like this, the merrier!! It's good to have the message "spread" so to speak, as it will possibly awaken folks in communities around the country... Events held in Washington get little attention as they are far too common, and do not carry the impact some are convinced they will....even if millions show up. It's just another day for DC.
