regarding tax cases and wesley snipes

was trying to make a good post on another forum regarding the snipes case as well as others.
I´d like to tie em together, but I don´t have any links to other cases where there has been acquittals.
maybe you could help me out here..
also I seem to remember that the interest rate payed on the loans the fed gives, would not have to be payed, if the government made the money themselves ?
I cant seem to make good arguments today..

let's take IRS to court
make them show us the law. Contact your elected official, ask them to show you the law that allows IRS to collect income tax.
Remember
Snipes got jail time for his arguments that were flawed, not because the tax is lawfully enforced against all Americans as many presume it to be.
The tax can be 100% NOT what you think it is, but if you can't prove it in court, you still go to jail.

The Snipes case is a high profile case deployed for its terrorism effect - scare the people into submission. Three years for a misdemeanor? Only in Amerika.
