Did Steve Parent lie about live call with RP on 4/24?
who care's? This is about Ron Paul, you shouldn't even be looking at posts that start off like this. I am prepared let me have it, but I have had enough of the negativity. For everyone keeping up the great work, keep it up.

Yeah! The popular front!
Two Ron Paul points if anybody gets the reference.
Seriously though, most political movements degenerate into a closed spectrum where all the time is spent by various factions trying to "gain control" of the movement. As time, goes on, the serious people are alienated and leave. The factions seem to believe they will get back to the cause after they have purified the movement, which never happens. People are psychologically more comfortable fighting amongst their peers then taking on a more powerful adversary. COINTELPRO knows this, and exploits it.
For the record, if the Paul delegates don't vote for him in the first round, this will all be for nothing. If they keep quiet and let their delegation leader register votes for McCain, how does that help Ron Paul? It is such an absurd suggestion. I mean, to do all this work, get all these delegates, and then not vote for Paul at the convention?
I'm sure the neo-cons would like nothing better then for us to sit down, shut up, and fall in line...
absolutely the best
post I have read on the DP in a long time, ever really.
but... it didn't argue about Dr. Steve Parent, at all!

I agree... and there's no evidence Steve Parent is working to kill the movement like some claim. As far as I can tell he's working hard to help us.
Both he and the guys at Revolution Broadcasting apologized and noted that they couldn't air the conference call, one because they were having sound problems, and two Dr. Paul it seems wasn't scheduled for that particular call like they thought.
This is such a dumb thing to debate about anyways... If people spent half the time they use making up conspiracy theories about Steve Parent and spent that time spreading the message and campaigning, we'd be a lot more successful.
Don't confuse me with the evidence
How could RP have been on the broadcast, if no one who schedules RP made such arrangements, didn't know who Steve Parent was, and had never heard of Revolution Broadcasting?
And exactly when was RP traveling to the different states?
Did you see one of the most recent posts that indicated the Meetup conference call did *not* have RP scheduled at all?
OR, maybe it was just an
OR, maybe it was just an honest mistake?
First of all, I'm hearing two things.... One, the people on Revolution Broadcasting said they were having sound problems/technical difficulties. They said that on the night the call was supposed to take place, and they said it tonight when they apologized for the conference call... Now, I know you think it was some sort of conspiracy, but here's what makes sense:
They're an internet radio station. I really shouldn't have to explain that more, but you sound crazy, so I will. They're not reliable. They're a new station, just getting things sorted out, and they're using an unreliable source to broadcast. They also sound like they're new to the gig of radio broadcasting. Obviously, there's the potential for mistakes.
Secondly, they were told by some guy on Alex Jones that there was going to be a call. For one, some guy saying so on Alex Jones is not a reliable source. It's easy to make mistakes. That's probably all that happened. It's just like the children's game of telephone. Eventually things can be misunderstood.
Relax. Stop looking for monsters to slay. Not everything is a massive conspiracy out to get you.
READ MY LIPS
I *CALLED* HQ. I *CALLED* CONGRESSIONAL OFFICE.
NO ONE KNEW A THING ABOUT ANY CONFERENCE CALL, STEVE PARENT, OR REVOLUTION BROADCASTING.
I also have written an e-mail directly to Ron Paul.
And there is a post about the Alex Jones/conference call information that RP was *not* going to be on that Meet-up conference call.
Again, if it's *your* radio station, you would know whether or not your invited guest was there, unless you knew he had *not* been invited!
Certainly, you wouldn't SPAM all over about RP *being there* if you didn't know at all! It tends to hurt your credibility, not a good start for a station that wants to "report the truth".
I am talking about facts, not opinions, that Steve avoided addressing, as usual. Steve made several more provably false statements in (the *other*) thread, as well.
So get off the "conspiracy" unless you get reliable evidence like I did that proves that RP *was* on a phone somewhere waiting for the conference to start (for his sake, I hope he didn't waste an hour of his life doing so!)
FINALLY!
