When things don't add up and things don't make sense, is it possible that neither the President, nor the Congress are in charge. Appearances are one thing, BUT - Do we really know who is driving the bus?
The question is - Have the American people lost control of this country but have yet to realize it.

I used to be really concerned about the real id, but I am not so concerned as previously. Most especially if it get's tied to the SS administration's tax identification number, as participation in Social Security is voluntary, although, nearly no one is aware of that today.
If you disagree with the previous statement please read the Social Security Act.
People generally do things today because their parents', their teachers' or their peers' told them to, rather than going to the source and learning the truth and the law...
The Real ID legislation
The Real ID legislation isn't just about carrying a piece of paper. It gives the government the right to stop and inspect your papers, specifically at state lines. Once you have been stopped, current Supreme Court rulings confirm that they can do pretty much anything they want to you and even if they treat you in an illegal manner, it doesn't matter.
Also, if you look suspicious during one of these routine stops and officers shoot your 50 times, then there's no harm and no foul, as we saw in yesterday's ruling in the NYC groom shooting case.

In 1913 the Corporation enacted a series of laws which shifted the seat of our government out of it's original jurisdiction...most specifically the 17th amendment. Property Taxes
I am going back to read if there is any law about property taxes. Our town just reassesed and everyone went up an astounding 30% . This to me is like price gouging. There is no apparent reason for this. This will surely hurt alot of people on fixed income. I believe there is a key to knowing and using the law. I sued a car dealership with the lemon law and won. It was sooo easy. I think if more people knew and used laws to their advantage they would be really surprised. We just can'r resign to thinking its pointless to fight things but that we should arm ourselves with knowledge.

Here in Florida we have a balanced budget law. If the budget isn't in line, you either cut services and/or increase property taxes.
