If any state GOP convention tries to stonewall LEGIT Ron Paul delegates...

Legit, I mean credentialed and chosen by the groups of voters in the precincts.

Here's what to prepare for the inevitable sabotage by the McCain supporters desperate to stop Ron Paul "delegate flood"....

VERIFY with the managers (not one but two or more -- from the bottom to the top) on the LENGTH of stay at the place of conventions in convening to pick the delegates for National Republican Convention in MN this fall. This way there will be NO excuse like Nevada state senator Bob Beer stated the reason for abruptly cancelling the convention meeting, thereby wasting everyone's time.

TAKE OUT the hail of video camcorders and audio recorders to vigorously document the events as bulletproof evidence should attempted sabotage or other "mishaps" happen that "force" the state GOP convention leaders to make excuse to cancel the convention when it is clear the number of Ron Paul delegates is the majority. There cannot be the excuse to banish the video camcorders and audio recorders because it's a public meeting, even if it's closed to the credentialed delegates only.

If there is the clear evidence of ongoing corruption in the decision making and process of delegate "election" by the leaders hostile to Ron Paul Revolution, two options may be resorted to as follows:

1) Threaten to file the complaint and even lawsuit against the accused corrupt leaders for attempted sabotage to prevent legitimate electoral process that contravene the republican system. Cite Robert's Rules of Order points AND RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, U.S. Code section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 [Pub.L. 91-452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted 1970-10-15]. RICO is codified as Chapter 96 of Title 18 of the United States Code, 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968) statutes. The leaders will make the decision whether to cooperate and convene peacefully and with fairness to all attending delegates for McCain & Paul or continue act of defiance to recess and stop the process unethically and illegally.

2) Cite Robert's Rules of Order and RICO. If they refuse to stop the corrupt practice in the act of sabotage with malicious and fraudulent intent to insist on McCain, the defiant act in disregard of electoral ethics and codified laws, it may warrant the act of citizen's arrest. Be sure to document the corrupt practices in speeches and remarks by the leaders defying the "majority" to commit fraudulent act forcing preference for McCain despite the majority's opposition. Be sure to check with law enforcement officers and attorneys on the legality of citizen's arrest wherever the convention is held in the district and state. Be careful not to become unreasonably aggressive (abusive) towards the corrupt leaders and their subordinates as citizen's arrest is being made. There pose a greater risk for the attempted citizen's arrest -- person(s) apprehending the accused corruptor may be charged with false imprisonment, revocation of CCW permit, lawsuit, etc. I am not a lawyer and the advice dispensed here may be ill-advised, so this option may not be suitable when the corruption at the convention occur that leave the credentialed delegates for Dr Paul very frustrated and peeved leaving them no choice but to raise their hands in surrender and leave in a collective huff.

JFK said, "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

The above quote will become inevitable when credentialed Paul delegates are left out as the leaders force the choice for McCain contrary to the strict guideline of the delegate process according to Robert's Rules of Order and state laws.

The Republican Party will become severely compromised if the opposing supporters intentionally subvert the state conventions in McCain's favor regardless of the sizable number of Paul delegates who arrive at their own expense. Such reckless abuse of the republican system will not be tolerated.
