Someone have their names

and are they spamming them with Ron Paul information, DVD's etc etc etc?

If they were elected back then we have an opportunity!

My Understanding

My understanding is that the delegates for this year's election were chosen during the last presidential election (2004). If you run for delegate this year and win, you will be a delegate come 2012, but you will not be allowed to vote in this year's Republican convention. In other words, we can bring about change in Michigan, but it is not going to be this year unless we can convince existing delegates to change their minds.

Consider running as a delegate, but keep in mind that it is a long term strategy for redirecting the Republican party as opposed to attempting to nominate Ron Paul for president.

Don't know for sure but...

Go to the Michigan GOP website and they should have the deadline dates to become a candidate to be a delegate. I believe it is in a couple weeks. Although you may want to contact your local meetup group and their may already be someone running in your area that you can support. The election I believe is in August.
