How about this for an innovative way to cut through and discuss the issues. How about RP supporters inviting McCain supporters to a series of public debates.
Since we all know that McCain is to chicken to debate RP himself, let's find out if the McCain supporters have what it takes to enter into a public arena and discuss the issues.
It could start a whole new format to discuss the issues.
(I'll put my money on the RP people everytime)!

Each student converted can reach out to 2 parents, maybe older siblings and grandparents who vote. Plus, they get extra credit.

I would like to see it start on a smaller scale
then gradually go from Youtube to radio. What would really be fun is to watch as the McCain supporters become educated to a point of converting to RP.

For the most part, I think you'll find JC's constituency would shy away from debate for the same reason(s) John, himself does? I believe it is a positive idea for sure, though who likes to be wrong? Then again, If we won who is to say their wrong? They may honestly believe this BS is the way to go. The "truth" will be told by our future as it has in the past to things "unknown". Spread the message !!! I'd prefer a more humble approach at persuasion, though I share your frustration.... Never stop... Don't let up.... "Onward" >>>>
Well the main reason the McCain camp would
be opposed would be because of the defection rate! A victory would really be judged by how many JM's people become enlightened and move to the RP camp.

Local town meetings would be great. The bigger the crowd, the better. We have to get the ball rolling on this NOW!!!

I was discussing something similar to this today w/another RP Republican. We are going to ask our local GOP if they would like to debate openly at a town festival this summer. He & I (cause we are it for this area) to take on the McCain supporters & the GOP party liners.
We gotta get the message of freedom out there. Have fun, be creative.
I'd love to be part of this as well. Nothing fires me up than a head to head debate over issues that are REAL.

and people think the Ron Paul supporters are nuts, you should see some of the crazies for McCain.
