Does someone know which countries do not currently have a central bank.

I think you can add
Libya and Sudan to the list.
Guess we'll be going in Darfour for "humanitarian reasons", and might as well set up a Rothschild-run central bank while we're here.....how convenient!

Fiat Money and Central Banks
To my knowledge, no country uses real money anymore (gold and silver). A hundred years ago, a Colombian 5 peso coin was interchangeable with a British Sovereign. Both coins shared the same weight and purity. It was that way with virtually all nations. There was no such thing as conversion rates. An ounce of gold is an ounce of gold.
Today, the people of the world have allowed the Criminal Class of their respective nations to steal their money, and issue worthless fiat currency in its place.
The people of Europe have allowed their public servants to betray them and emerse their nations in the European Union. The same scheme is in the works here in the US. It is operating under the name of the Security and Prosperity Partnership, and is being financed by through the NAFTA agreement (another sellout).
We need to fight for our national sovereignty, and a return to honest money (gold and silver).
You are essentially correct
You are essentially correct ---- for all practical purpose, real money is dead. I had the unique opportunity to use an actual, circulating silver coin in Mexico last year, their 100-peso bimetallic coin. I saved several, and also spent several, which was an odd feeling for me. As far as I know, it was (and is) the only circulating precious metal coin in the world. But since its silver content is now equal to its face value, they are of course being pulled out of circulation by the public.
I can just barely remember silver coins when I was very young, in the middle 1960's, and I still remember the special and unique "jingle" of silver coins against each other --- not at all like the "clunk" of our clad crap today.
I found my notes
Do not have the referrence, but I had written down from some article that the five countries that do not have a central bank are Iran, Cuba, Korea, Sudan and Libya.
cuba has a central bank
cuba has a central bank
...
I know...
My point was the type of central bank, meaning owned and originated from the same people. All the other countries mentioned here also have a central bank, which isn't necessarily of importance.
The issue here I think is
The issue here I think is not only a central bank, but a central bank originating from the central bank chain if you will. Small countries like Monaco and Andorra don't have a central bank as far as I know, but they rely on the French(?) central bank instead, so it doesn't mean much. The countries without a central bank how you mean it are I believe indeed Cuba, North Korea, Iran together with Venezuela and Syria, and Iraq until recently of course.
The "coincidence" that these are pretty much the most mentioned countries (excluding Mexico and Canada) by US government/media is almost funny, if it wasn't so worrying...
cuba has a central bank
cuba has a central bank
Somalia? Not that it means
Somalia? Not that it means much there, either way.
I should know this about...
...Belize....been there several times and have a friend that lives there....will get back to you all. When Belize became independent in 1982 I believe they went to their own currency....centralized or not, not sure. I do know that as a society, they barter and trade quite a bit and it is a very free society for the most part. There are risks, especially with the lack of infrastructure there, but you can pretty much exist as you may.
The Vatican?
It is considered a country right. And I think they have a gosh aweful load of gold.
Whaddya mean?
Whaddya mean? The Vatican IS a central bank!
cuba has a central bank: the
cuba has a central bank: the national bank of cuba ( banco nacional de cuba) and I bet all socialist/communist countries also have central banks.
and the circulating currency in cuba is fiat currency also. the government stolen the gold after 1959 and also since 1988.
Panama
They use US dollars. Thus they have no central bank per se. The money simply floats in the economy with little outside interference. The fed can't set rates in Panama they just use the paper and prices are pretty much free market based upon availability of paper.
Chances are
Chances are it's the same list as the countries to be attacked.
What a coincidence?
Not!!!!
What about Venezuela?
what about venezeula?
Actually, I think all of them do. Did you watch "Fiat Currency"?

This link is on DP homepage too.
We should open our own bank. DP Deposits or PAUL TRUST. Maybe we can lend out 20 times our deposits. If we get at least ten members with $50000.00 to start. We can tell the Goverment they can maybe contrubute some too.
What do you think?
Back in college my professor
was telling me the way to protect against the next huge depression, which was inevitable, is to "be a bank." At that time, I thought, "yah, right!" Now, I realize he was/is right. Problem is, I don't think I would like the company I would be keeping. But I guess there are some Paulian banks? Or is that an oxymoron? If there are, I sure would like to know which ones.
I have wondered about the feasibility of that myself.
Electronic checking makes a lot of things possible.
I think you are correct on those 3
but there are supposed to be 2 more. I thought one was also Venezuela and an African country. I will try to find the information, I had it at one time.
Are they the ones
mentioned in Dr. Paul's book?
I was only aware of Cuba and
I was only aware of Cuba and North Korea. I thought they had their paws in Iran.

I think Iraq just rather recently had one.
We know who took care of that one.
Yes
and there was supposed to be tons of gold in it as well. Don't forget about the priceless artifacts that also were looted from their museums.
I think Iraq just rather recently had one.
We know who took care of that one.
