Music from Pokerface: Calling for a Revolution

Dave G writes: Pokerface played at the April 15th rally in DC, the Philly rally, and are going to be playing at the July 15th rally in DC as well as the South Dakota rally. They have been singing about the cause of freedom for over 10 years and are quite the professional and talented outfit. Their songwriting, musicianship and production skills are second to none.

Like Ron Paul, they have never "sold out" their principles to the corporations in exchange for a lucrative commercial recording contract. They produce their CDs on their own. Everyone I've met in the patriot movement who has had a chance to hear them really enjoys their diverse repertoire.

They truly deserve recognition and exposure for being the great band and great people that they are to make the tremendous sacrifices necessary in order to produce the fine art that they make.

Tune in to Revolution March Radio

Posted: 05 May 2008 10:14 PM CDT

Tune in Wednesday at 9 PM Eastern to www.revolutionbroadcastin... and get all the updates on Revolution March.

This week on the show we have Paul from Poker Face. Poker Face is a great band and they are dedicated to this movement. We are pleased to have Poker Face play live at the march on July 12 and we are excited to have Paul on Revolution March Radio.

Also we will have Trevor on to discuss the position of marshals and how it is important for everyone to understand who they are and why they are necessary for a successful march and rally.

And as always we will have music from the revolution!

Don't miss Revolution March Radio on Revolution Broadcasting every Wednesday at 9 PM Eastern.

Let me clarify

I wrote that post in haste.

Pokerface played at a nearby club immediately after the rally.

Poker Face did not play at the Philly rally

The national campaign instead brought in a country singer named Rocky Lane whose act was good whether one likes that genre. The campaign's explanation for having a country act at a Philly venue was that the Philly rally event was going to have national exposure. The decision might have made sense had the campaign not.... canceled the press event and thereby pissed off most of the reporters.

Schvenzlerman!
