Let's establish a National Jury Nullification Awareness Day!

We need to establish a National Jury Nullification Awareness Day! This can be organized in the same fashion as the April 15 tax awareness day was done at our local Post Offices

PLEASE PUMP, as this will STOP the corrupt lower court appointed judges in their tracks from violating the Constitution, which they swore to uphold.

WHAT IS JURY NULIFICATION?? NO TIME TO WATCH THE VIDEOS??
HERE IT IS IN A SMALL NUTSHELL:
"Jury Nullification" is the power of the Jury to overturn bad laws (of which, we have MANY). It is an important tool guaranteed to citizens serving on jury duty. Jury nullification enables us to declare laws unjust, if we are so inclined.
Most Judges do not want you to know about this power. Juries are only told they can rule "guilty" or "not guilty." They are never told of their third option, "the law is bad."
Shame on bad Judges covering up this power and the corrupt system which allow these arrogant Judges to remain on the bench.
Learn your rights and DO NOT try to get out of jury duty.
As citizens we only have two real powers to keep the Gov't in check:
1) The power to vote
2) The power of the jury
Your rights: Use them or loose them. With rumors of the American Bar Association working to eliminate juries in the future. And with the PROVEN vulnerability of the electronic voting machines, what voice will we have left? Welcome to Slavery, population: YOU!
I've known about this
I've known about this for about 10 years....and since then I have not been asked to sit on a jury....not because they know, just because I haven't been called...I am waiting for the opportunity....

you can't reinstate jury nullification...
until you reinstate common law, as long as the gold fringed flag flies in the courtroom, jury nullification will not be allowed and jurors trying to use it will either be dismissed or held in contempt of court (jailed). perhaps raising awareness that our legal system is not working for the people as long as it is guided by maritime law is where we should put our efforts... no where is the corruption of our legal system (and it's negative affect on our society) more apparent than in the drug laws. group "a" decides the behavior of group "b" is immoral, so they use power of government to pass (unconstitutional) drug laws to control the behavior of group "b", they spend billions, put millions in jail for "drug crimes" (while violent criminals enjoy being released due to overcrowded prisons), create the violence and crime/theft inherent an any black market (high prices mean more theft) and create a steady source of income for the state (revolving door prisons are much better for business than keeping all criminals behind bars). clearly this does not benefit the rest of society nor does it really solve the problem it was intended to solve (the war on drugs is as much a euphamism as the war on terror), but it was a good excuse for the government to gain power and control...

You are dead wrong SIR; any law that violates the Constitution is as if the law does not exit.. so ruled by the US Supreme Court in many cases. I will not take the time to find them for you, as you can you-tube or Google it for your self.
By the way this is why our country is in soooooooo much trouble, because of pitiful thinkers like you! I still live under the Constitution, its too bad you prefer to wait until the Government voluntarily chooses to give you yours back.

I agree...
that any law that violates the constitution is no law at all, but it's not me you have to deal with it's the judge and a justice system that doesn't follow the constitution (or the idea of common law), and it won't until people see it for what it is and start rejecting the whole notion of "crimes against the state"... you can try to fight it and I wish you the best of luck but as long as you do so in their venue you will lose (your money, your freedom or both)...

You are right only to the extent the courts are corrupt, and more often than not, will not follow the Constitution! BUT FROM THERE ON, YOU ARE WRONG!
Your thinking seems to suggest we need a corrupt judge to be the educator here, informing the Jurors about their right to use Jury Nullification.
Jury Nullification is NOT something a Jury asks a Judge permission to do, it is something the Jury simply does. All Jurors, (not defendants) need to be well informed about the Jury Nullification process PRIOR to coming into the courtroom in the first place. This education process must take place OUTSIDE the courtroom, as NO Judge is going to allow it to be taught in his courtroom. This is where the RonPauler’s come in. They can help distribute prepared information (by an attorney, someone like Tom Cryer, endorsed by Ron Paul), just as they did on the 1040 labor tax issue this past April 15.
Remember, over 4,000 solders have already paid the ultimate price for defending it. The price tag for them was DEATH, and I think we owe it to them, even if it means some jail time.

P.S. Another problem we have, are those who are fully informed about Jury Nullification, and more often than not, prove themselves to have NO WISDOM what-so-ever. They usually insist on having a debate with the Judge trying to convince him they have that right. Remember, Its already established in law, so no Juror needs too (or should) wave his pompous little RED FLAG in the courtroom, making sure everyone knows he believes in Jury Nullification. Such behavior is a pure defensive move, and I prefer the offensive, it’s a much better way to start the game off.
After the Jury has made its decision using Jury Nullification, let any Judge, the Prosecuting Attorney, or anyone else for that matter JUST TRY to appeal that Jury’s decision, it will be a nightmare for them, and open up a can of worms they wish was never opened.
US Citisens in Prison, Because you WILL NOT pick up the KEY!
Many US Citizens are in Prison today, only because the citizens of this country WILL NOT pick up the KEY and unlock their cells!
FOR PETE"S SAKES people, lets use the TOOL (Jury Nullification) that the GOOD LORD gave to us in the constitution!

If you can't PUMP this one, you do not even know your basic afforded Constitutional Protection from corrupt goverment.
I've been pumping this for years, and it falls on deaf ears every time. No wonder why this country is in so much fricken trouble!
