*I SUPPORT SteveU*
No, I am not a troll.
No, I am not a 9/11 truther.
No, I am not stirring the pot.
No, I do not hate people with divergent opinions from my own.
BUT:
Yes, I am a Ron Paul supporter.
Yes, I do believe in the Constitution.
Yes, I believe in blowback.
Yes, I still believe in liberty.
I am neutral. I do not participate in "feuds", troll attacks, flagging, or any other detrimental activity. I focus on what we need to get done, and that's getting RP elected.
At this point, this forum means nothing. It's all talk, no action, mostly hate. What's the point, then?
All we do is BRAND people with the LABEL "troll". Many here have been called trolls for no reason whatsoever. It's WRONG.
Calling people a troll is the last resort in an argument. Since people cannot prove their own point, they call others a "troll."
Yes, I know, there have been real trolls on this forum. I've been through it all. I've been on this forum under different usernames for about a year (LOL, and I'm not onevoiceofreason or any of that crap. I've just had multiple usernames, not for meanness :] )
I support SteveU not because I agree with him, not because I condone what he says, but because he has a legitimate right to voice his opinion. I've heard the feeble troll excuse so many times its laughable. SteveU may be inept, but he's not a part of some "evil conspiracy plot." That's garbage, and only some of us know it.
SteveU is joking on his website. Anybody with half a brain can see that. Some of us are so out of our minds that we are actually hurting the Ron's campaign. Some of us are contributing to the stereotypes the media so often uses. It's to the point where some people on this forum sound like they belong in a mental institution. That's not a personal insult. It's a reality check. A reality check. Do you hear?
Flagging is overused. We've created an interpersonal FASCIST forum where all we do is disagree. Dr. Paul would be appaled at what we are doing.
And you know what? This isn't even a Ron Paul forum anymore! On some days, a large majority of what is on here isn't even Ron Paul related! For example, today, there's a lot of SteveU bashing. Now what does one measly, trivial, misguided individual have to do with the Freedom Movement? NOTHING! Absolutely nothing. But some of you guys make it into something.
Whatever happened to civilized debate? Whatever happened to ignoring? All I see is hate. Who cares about flagging. Stop the flagging. It's overused. Stop the accusations of trolling. If some people are that intimidated by some simple irrelevant user, then they need to get a reality check. Sit down and shut up.
Unless of course, you have something to contribute. That's pretty rare, don't you think?

I Wish
the post with steveU ..totally posting his 'trolldom" had not been removed. Because of, his awful and offensive posting.
WAKE-UP!
FUNNY, right after svenson ? had a complete blow -up...here!
Way to go.
I'm glad you painted a green light for people who come here to scrutinize and marginalize Dr. Paul. Yeah people can voice their opinions all they want. I choose to point the bad ones out with my voice because well sometimes ignoring just ain't quaint enough for my blood. I'll leave that up to you.

We can all say what needs to be done, but who here led by example today?
I understand...
I understand the point you make, but you fail to regard if SteveU is actually marginalizing Ron Paul or not.
For all we know, SteveU could be trying to help the Revolution. What he says is provocative, yes, but his opinion is provocative, not him himself. That's what we need to remember.
Maybe, just maybe, he has his own idea of what we need to do to improve...just saying.
No..
.. there is nothing admirable about what SteveU is doing. His AGENDA is to marginalize and divide those who believe in 9/11 Truth from the body of Ron Paul supporters.
As long as 9/11 Truthers support liberty, peace and a smaller less obtrusive federal government then they are MORE THAN WELCOME to be called Ron Paul supporters.
SteveU is just a troublemaker until he stops antagonizing and trolling 9/11 Truthers who are in line with Ron Paul's others positions and beliefs.
Anyone on either side of the 9/11 Truth issue who tries to shove their position down other's throats and to marginalize and divide IS NOT WELCOME.
Thank you very much...
P.S. -- this forum topic is dumb. Please delete it.
Sticks and stones........
Sticks and stones dude. Sticks and stones............
I Love and Accept Steve U
Regardless.

Great post!
And support and agree with your comments.
Someone, will, however, point out you are "off subject".
"meister" was the first on on the SteveU troll bandwagon. Sounds a wee bit hypocritical to me as I just saw his post below.
I, having been stalked and trolled, and called a troll and other names here all day, totally understand your post.
Freedom IS popular and supported here by the majority after all!
there you go again
So there you go again, taking another poke at me completely unprovoked.
And if I call you on it, you'll say I'm stalking you.
Stop talking about me if you don't want me to call you on it.

You do realize...
.. that the trolls and troll flamers are just a small group on Daily Paul and that the majority of posts are free from such activities?
I have been chatting and using forums on the internet since about 1994 and I know the original definition of a "troll". The word derives from "troll motor" like on a small fishing boat and not the mythical monsters that live under bridges.
"Trolls" troll around looking to stir up emotions by making statements they know will be inflammatory. Since I'm pretty sure that SteveU knows that criticizing 9/11 Truthers will start arguments, that makes him a troll. Regardless of his intentions he is just causing divisions and being a troublemaker.
All candidates except perhaps McCain have sizable groups of 9/11 Truthers and chemtrail believers amongst their followings. The ONLY people making an issue out of it are the good folks at FOX NEWS... and apparently SteveU. Nice company. ;)
Again, the trolling and troll flaming is just a small part of what goes on here. Lot's of good stuff is going on here at Daily Paul too... =)
Well, I agree for the most
Well, I agree for the most part, but I disagree with you on the part about him causing trouble.
As a Ron Paul supporter who is NOT a truther, I myself feel very unhappy with the way we are being portrayed. Only a fraction of us are 9/11 conspirators, the rest don't believe any of that.
Being part of the majority of Ron Paul supporters being ignored, I'm sure SteveU feels compelled to speak out. To tell you the truth, I feel sympathy for him. He's getting bashed because he's speaking his mind, and saying what he truly feels. His opinion may be provocative to us, but he is saying his opinion. Ideas are dangerous :)
SteveU will go down in my book as the Ron Paul of these forums. He's not afraid to be different. Truthers are more vocal than non-truthers. SteveU is set apart not because he is a liar or a troll, but because he speaks his mind, and doesn't change. No alarmist with the label "troll" will change his mind. I respect him for that.
Oh well, just my own opinion. I respect truthers and chemtrail folks for voicing their opinions as well. That's what makes America and this forum great. On the other hand, FOX News puts down people's beliefs. SteveU, no matter what he does, is a legitimate user just as you and I, and just because he is more provocative, doesn't mean we need to call him out. We just need to be more respectful of other people's opinions, and stop being alarmist users who feed off of the controversy of "trolling". It's come to the point of hilarity.
But, above all, I agree with you on this: Lots of good stuff goes on here at Daily Paul too. I love this place. It's been my internet home for about a year now. I just wish we went back to the old way of doing things, is all. In our golden days, we were so much more respectful and kind to one another. We had a common goal. We need to go back to that. Because the Revolution is only beginning...will we start off on the right foot?
Enjoyed your post
I've read many posts from supposed Ron Paul supporters who want to marginalize those they call "truthers" and those who discuss "chemtrails", and Lord only know what else of which they disapprove.
You've verbalized it best! The r3VOLution has just begun and I plan on spending the next 20 years supporting the cause that Ron Paul so humbly started.
Okay...
... so what you are saying is that it is mature, pragmatic, innocent and non-trollish for a Truther to put something like this at the end of EVERY POST?:
"People who don't believe in 9/11 Truth are harming Ron Paul www.peoplewhodeny911truth... "
SteveU knows that the little tag he appends to EVERY POST is provocative and creates animosity. Therefore he is just a troll. Making him out to be a persecuted super hero who valiantly fights for the suppressed voice of non-truthers is just ridiculous and silly. ;)
Right now, as I type this, there is not ONE SINGLE post in the "Active Forum Topics" list pertaining to 9/11 Truth. Me thinks you are inventing monsters where none exist.
You say you are unhappy with the way you are being portrayed. Who besides Fox News/neocons are doing such "portraying" as you describe? I know of very few examples in the media where Ron Paul has even been mentioned alongside 9/11 Truth. When they are mentioned in the media they are mentioned by themselves.
something else about this particuliar person
is that its not just a matter of 9/11 or chemtrails , its pretty near every thread here,,,that does get to be a bit much after a while, i sorta know its no exchange of ideas with him,,just him bashing other members thoughts and feelings,,,that s unRon Paullike to me
Hey Mart,
just don't go there (to the link). Those who self advertise after each post are selfish and self-centered. Last thing I would ever do is click on a trailer link. It is so obvious...
Posting a positive message and creating value is what I enjoy doing.
