A victim is someone who blames everyone but themselves for their circumstances; "it's not my fault", "if only that other guy weren't there, I'd have that *insert whatever*; "they made me do it"; "I didn't want to do it"; "it's all his/her fault". You can see why victims want "change". We have a society full of them!
