Cumberland County, NC - VERY STRANGE!

For the past hour, Cumberland County, North Carolina, home of the Fort Bragg, says:
1% of the precincts reporting:
John McCain - 15,555 - 98%
Mike Huckabee - 167 - 1%
No Preference - 90 - 1%
Ron Paul - 70 - 0%
How can 15,555 people vote with 1% reporting, IMMEDIATELY following the end of the election. That isn't even mathematically possible.
UPDATE!!! As of 9:34pm EST, it now says:
30% of the precincts reporting:
John McCain - 3,663 - 80%
Mike Huckabee - 455 - 10%
Ron Paul - 189 - 4%
No Preference - 156 - 3%
Can you say FRAUD???
P.S. - my roommate's friend is over at the house and when she asked who I voted for, I told her Ron Paul and she said, "Who?"
She had never heard of him....

Someone has to count the ballots no matter how you vote. Some have so little respect for our country that they rig elections.
Aren't there somewhere
Aren't there somewhere around 50,000 soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg? Considering that Ron Paul gets more donations from the military than any other, I would expect to see a rather high percentage of votes for RP from Fort Bragg territory...

Cumberland does smell a bit
Cumberland does smell a bit fishy but we got to have some proof and that's nearly impossible with secret ballots. You'd have to get a high election official to admit to it.

Robeson County 0% reporting yet there are votes tallied?
I noticed that in Robeson County with 0% precincts reporting
McCain 121 82%
Huckabee 17 11%
Ron Paul 10 7%
How is this possible with no precincts reporting? I don'[t know how this works, but this can't be right!
