All the baseless speculating about why something did or might happen on this forum really detracts from serious discourse, and encourages those who do want to have serious discussions to leave. Perhaps this forum does not reflect on Ron Paul directly, but it does reflect on his supporters, and, frankly, it's embarrassing. Ron Paul and his supporters deserve better.
From now on I think we need to remind anyone who posts ridiculous conspiratorial musings here that he or she is not doing Ron Paul or his movement any favors. Perhaps these people are anti-RP trolls, and, if they persist, they should be treated accordingly.
If you have facts to share, or logical conclusions that are reasonably based on those facts, that's fine. But please keep your pure speculations about conspiracies to yourself, or post them somewhere else.

I gotta say that there are a lot of paranoid people on this site. If you really want to help Dr Paul the site needs to change it's name or be taken down. I try to respect others views and respect the fact they have a right to post them but damn it's hard when you see so much rudeness and immaturity with failure to diplomatically and responsably express those views. If this is what the movement looks like I'm not so sure I want to be a partt of it. Truthers have their say-no problem but aren't their hundreds of forums dedicated to the topic-and isn't this forum for RP. Conspiracies are not so much conspiratorial anymore. Many of the so-called CONSPIRACY-THEORISTS have been proven correct. Time will tell whether the rest will come to pass. But I am learning a lot from the diversity of the posts on this site. Being that it WE are able to post as WE wish. It is the job of the reader to READ what he/she please. If there is no interest than do not respond and it will disappear.
I would NEVER gotten into this movement had it not been for conspiracy. That is a fact. It is conspiracy which still drives me to this day. I have seen nothing but conspiracy all around me. The NWO is all around us and a police state already exists.
Taking out all the conspiracy driven supporters would absolutely CRUSH this movement. They are the coals from which this fire is burning. They do the dirty work much of the time. They do alot that many others are not willing to do. They confront and stand up. Sure they get out of hand some time. But that is what angry people do.

All of this conspiracy talk has got to go. When I look at the Active Forum Topics right now I only see 4 out of 20 that mention Ron Paul. What is that about? Luckily I had decided to support Dr. Paul long before I found this site. Had I seen this site when first being introduced to Dr. Paul it would have really turned me off.

If you were just finding out about Ron Paul, and were swayed, or "really turned off" by some postings on ONE ONLINE FORUM, I wouldn't imagine that you'd do much good for any movement, cause or fight my friend... Ummmm... Have you googled any of the other candidates? You just might find some pretty mixed opinions and information out there... That's the nature of the vastness of the internet...

When I had a hunch that the media was in cahoots with the government and manipulating info on Iraq, it was called a conspiracy theory. Recently reports have come out to confirm that indeed there is an aggressive campaign of media manipulation.
The way I see it is someone owes me an apology. People have a right to question everything, whether it's intuition,hunches,facts,inuendos or straight out concern.
