Need help finding info on NON-RACIST/BIGOTED/ANTI-SEMITE Militia's

My search is not bearing any Fruit. I am trying to find a reference source for Milita's that is current and can help me differentiate between which ones are Freedom Loving Constitutionalist and which ones are Hate groups.

Being of color, Hate groups may not fully appreciate my value and what I have to bring to the table.

Any help guys? Any thing for us all (Nationwide) and specifically for Maryland would help.
