Leashing the Federal Reserve....

The Federal Reserve: If outright abolishment is not possible, other means of leashing the Federal Reserve shall be employed such as:

• Requiring each Federal Reserve Region Chairman and the Chairman of the Federal Reserve is nominated by the State Governor in which the regional office resides in and is voted on by the senate of that state.
• Require the Federal Reserve Regional Chairman report to the congress’s House Finance Committee on a monthly or quarterly basis, economic news relating to the Region.
• If money must be printed; a two\thirds super majority in the House of Representatives is required.
• The Federal Reserve is placed under control of the Treasure Department.
• Policy changes will be implemented by a majority vote in the senate of the United States Congress.

Could anyone else please give some suggestions as to how we can limit or reduce the Federal Reserves' Power over the Money Supply.

I understand the Idea is to abolish the FED....

Rome wasn't built in a day and the Fed will not be abolished in a day. I believe the ultimate goal would be to abolish the FED but we should have a path defined and goals to achieve on the way to abolishing the FED. Which would be reducing it's power and increase over site to a level making them answerable to the people of this country and replaceable if they refuse to cooperate.
