OUR NEW PROJECT. We are going to hold the very first LIVE internet multi party debate. 2 candidates have agreed.
We are going to host the very first LIVE internet multi party debate for every candidate running for President which will attempt to include Dr. Paul, John Mccain,Obama and Clinton and of course every other 3rd paty candidate.
We are already in this process and we have 2 people i will not name until we confirm all the guests that have agreed to the debate.
This could mean MSM coverage all over the country.
Here is how our debate will work.
We will ask 1 questions at a time to each candidate and every person in the debate will have a chance to respond without being interrupted.
We are also going to allow each candidate to pose one questions each that every other person will have a chance to answer without interruption and the person posing the question will be the last to answer the question they posed.
I want to know what everyone thinks of this idea and if you will support it help me get the word out to everyone you can Please advise me on this issue.

I think the candidates first want to concentrate on the ballot access and some momentum, and then they have to negotiate over a time to host it. It would be good if several such debates could be held and promoted, with perhaps the four major alternative party candidates: Barr, Baldwin, Nader and McKinney (if she will be the GP nominee).

The fact that visitors have voted a paranoid loony like Mike Gravel as candidate of choice on your web site really says something about people's familiarity with the core principles of Libertarianism. Mainly that they don't understand them.
Just a note about the poll...
...it is based primarily off of the interviews that those candidates had on the radio program. Gravel has been focused upon a bit more than the others, and spoke reasonably well. You'll also notice Christine Smith doing fairly well, despite having lukewarm name recognition to some extent. That's because she interviewed incredibly well!
It's not a scientific poll, and it's not all-inclusive either. You'll notice, for instance, that Kubby isn't even on the list (he wasn't interviewed). I'm not sure where all the "Barr" votes came from, since when I last saw the poll he was very low on support. That's the trouble with internet polls though!

that when the date is known, I will do everything I can to let people know.

First, I think this is a great idea that I hope will materialize. This would be a very interesting debate between candidates that are rarely mentioned in the mainstream media.
However, the first sentence in this post needs revision. Ron Paul, according to the person who answered the phone at his campaign, will NOT participate in such an event.

In contrast, MSM routinely refers to "from our sister station XYZ".

why would I want to hear what anyone has to say unless they are debating with him? Otherwise it's the equivilant to an NPR interview, or AM talk radio-low quality. The idea is great but the platform is so weak. You are streaming others shows into your website. Do you have your very own show? Do you have report with the HQ media dept to schedule such an event. Grassroots is good-n-all but the quality must be top notch and professional or it'll be even more of the same rhetoric of the kooky, looney supporters of Ron Paul trying to measure up. and if your platform was so shakey as to fail when previously scheduled things fell through how do you know this debate won't and what safe guards are there to prevent sabatage? These are not conspiracy questions they are questions that merit an honest professional response to anyone who might be considering donating proceeds for the debate. Why do you want to waste resources promoting any other candidate on any other platform if your intention is to get Ron Paul elected? You stated in your first sentence of the post that Ron Paul would be a part of this-has he confirmed or is that a general statement, hoping it will come to pass? I want, as well as others probably, a YES OR NO answer to that question. Wouldn't time and money be better spent on making educational videos to spread the word on the delegate process and also to begin preparing already elected delegates for the National convention? We are also attemting to provide this via google and other am and cable radio networks and i assure you that the $738 that was donated last month will not cover this and myself and a few others are paying for this out of our own pockets because we feel it is important and must be done.
If you do not want to donate to our site that is fine and there will be no hard feelings and you are still welcome to listen to our broadcasts.
What previous scheduled things failed? Are you pertaining to the conference call we could not stream? Are you aware the very next day we streamed the LIVE speech of Dr. Pual from Idaho?
