High Tide Airtime IDAHO - Planning Schedule Now
Posted May 9th, 2008 by alcpac
At present we've raised about $2,700 to air The High Tide in Idaho. Donate here to bump up our total.
The dominant cable provider in Idaho is CableOne, and the rates are a lot cheaper than Philly.
Check out their rate card here: PowerPoint or PDF.
The ID primary is May 27th, so we'll run the spots for a week May 21-27.
Check out the media kit any post suggestions. I'm thinking prime time slots in the Boise Interconnect.

THANK YOU FROM IDAHO!!!
I am so very grateful to you for your efforts. I truly believe Idaho could be a popular vote win, but the handful of us brave enough to go door to door will never make it to all the people that believe Ron Paul dropped out, or "can't win" or whatever lie they got fed and duped into believing.
PLEASE DONATE IF YOU CAN!!! We need all the help we can get!
Thanks!! Glad to be of
Thanks!! Glad to be of assistance!
Consider This
Since cable is not broadcast, but can target a small area, how about targeting state capitols? If you buy time on CNN and the others right near state capitols, you will reach employees and politicians who may already be delegates, as well as the media that cover them.
However, I don't think this particular ad is the best for that. It's too entertaining, and not traditional enough.

Does anyone know
when or if this aired in Indiana? I didn't see or hear them if they were aired. I didn't hear from anyone else who saw or heard one either.
It did not air in Indiana.
It did not air in Indiana. After Philly, we decided to focus our next buy on Idaho.
I could have sworn there was a thread on here with a
title listing several states for a fund raiser and I thought Indiana was one of them.
You're correct.
You're correct, there was a thread that listed a bunch of states. But it said depending on how much we could raise, we'd air it in one or more of those states. We decided about 2 weeks ago to throw everything we had at Idaho, since it's an open primary and Dems can cross over and vote for RP.

We can all say what needs to be done, but who here led by example today?
