Andrew Sullivan does not get it!
These are some die-hard supporters:
The goal of Paulville.org it to establish gated communities containing 100% Ron Paul supporters and or people that live by the ideals of freedom and liberty.
Ugh. Who wants to live around people who agree with you on everything? Not my kind of libertarian.

What Sullivan does not get is that there is a lot more to life than the issue of how much government we should have in our lives. Just because everyone in the community agrees on that issue (a very small amount of government) does not mean they would agree on EVERYTHING!
Only a statist would conflate opinions about the approprate level of government with opinions about everything.

It's a common problem. As a libertarian, I am presumed to be racist or hate the poor because I don't support this-or-that program at the federal level, which is absurd because I may or may not support similar programs at the state or local level. As an atheist, I am presumed to be a leftist, which is absurd because atheism relates to belief in gods, nothing more. Whatever your personal ideology, people are going to make false generalizations about you, because they need to assign everyone they meet to one of their preconceived categories in order to make sense of the world. When they meet an enigma, they don't know where to file them, so they dismiss them. It happens to me all the time.
