Flex our muscle, and fix a grave injustice.

I don't post here as much as I used to. I never posted a lot, but the username and the name Jared Paine might be known to some here. I took in a great worker from SC at my place in Florida on the recommendation of Gunny on ronpaulforums, and was a meetup organizer here in Central Florida. Intro out of the way.

Some of you may have heard about the no knock raid at Tracy Ingle's, or read about it in Reason. It is one of the bigger injustices of the year. This man was sleeping, and had no drug history (full disclosure, he had DUI's 15 and 5 years ago) or any valid excuse for entering his home. SWAT no knock raided him, and shot him, and then charged him with assault on a LEO, even though they made the mistake with the warrant. A warrant they put crack cocaine on, crossed out with a marker and wrote meth on. His family and friends say that him doing crack or meth is preposterous.

He's since got a possibility for a great attorney, and sites like reddit and fark have picked up the story (it sits at #1 on reddit as I type this). I thought ... strike that ... I know we are the kind of people that can help. We can both help Tracy, and help make this a high profile case where people in the nation have to face that innocent people are being violated, and in other cases killed in false raids, no knock raids, and bogus warrants.

I'm just asking that maybe we can help here. Other sites have picked up and run with this, and the Editor at Reason (though I know some of us here disagree with him and Reason) Ridley Balko, have vouched for this site and this family ... as well as help secure Tracy's counsel. Let's help. Help Tracy who has bills and rent he can't pay now that JBT's shot him 5 times, and let's help make sure the news networks report this. Everyone here knows what to do.

I remain proud of all we have done, and we have a GOP meeting here locally next week I am looking forward to. :)
