Mother's Day is not the same without a mother to spoil. I miss my kids in California but they never spoiled me on Mother's Day. But I still love being their mother!

My dad used to carry a little poem in his wallet it was titled
" Me Mudder"
One line of it that I will never forget was
"Who squeezed me til I farted...me mudder" Wish I had copied that poem don't know where my dad got the poem anyone out there have that poem it was really funny. This was about 50 plus years ago.

When me prayers were poorly said,
Who tucked me in me bed,
And spanked me till me ass was red?
Me Mudder.
Who took me from me cozy cot,
And put me on me ice cold pot,
And made me pee-pee if me could not?

And when the morning light would come,
And in me crib me dribble some,
Who wipe me tiny widdle bum?

Who would me hair so gently part,

D.H drove all day yesterday to get me home to TN. All my roses are in full bloom here and hopefully my kids( grown) will drop by to give their mom a
