I had a guy like this at work. He no longer works here. I filed a formal complaint of harrassment and abuse. They found my case had merit and he was eventually fired because he created an extremely hostile environment.
Fox would lose a ton of money in court because they are aware of this behavior and continue to accept it. I wish I work with Bill..

I laughed my head off at this at first. But then I just started to feel bad for him. Some really messed up stuff must have happened to him in his childhood for him to be like a ticking time bomb all the time. I would not be surprised if his dad was even worse and caused him to have a great deal of anxiety as a child. That's my psychoanalysis of Bill O'Reilly. lol

I was a fairly regular viewer of the O'Reilly Factor for maybe 8 years or so. That all ended back in January of this year. I finally woke up to the fact that Fox News & Bill O were not completely truthful about things.
I did know they were recording it, but compare that outburst during a recording session to the same during a live show. The latter would be much worse
It seemed to me as though the takes were being done maybe during a commercial (or whatever) as at the end of the clip he insisted they will do it live, then did it and was finished. It looked like it got down to crunch time.
He did overdo it a bit, but still seemed justified in being mad. Somebody was putting junk up on the teleprompter and did it several times. They aren't working in the high school or college media room, it's a national show - real business. Yes, people get mad when others make mistakes like that.

He has gotten pretty mad even on his show-nothing like that, of course, but you could see his restraint.
He is a spoiled brat, out of control, hot head, control freak, abuser. That is abusive. No self control. Maybe he has learned since then, or maybe he is still doing it. It assures him that people around his will walk on eggshells to please him. Whoever was responsible for that should walk away. Even some of the people who were not responsible should walk away. Wonder how long he worked on that hair!! Mr. pretty boy.

Even funnier I bet is the story behind who leaked this and why! Judging from the other guys reaction, i bet its fairly commonplace for Bill to act like that- theres probably endless hrs of Bill whining about his coffee and stuff- someone prolly lost their job and took a few tapes with them.
