Hey, has anyone tried these techniques that are supposed to increase your gas mileage by using just a little water under the hood?

There is some truth and utility to this idea, but the idea that you can run your car on this is somewhat questionable. The amount of energy required for electrolysis will exceed the amount of energy you get back when you burn the gas. So, you are better off using the batteries to drive the car in the first place.
