As a Delegate to the MO. Convention, I can tell you that a few years ago, I would have gone out and bought a new suit for the occasion. This year, I will be attending in my VERY best Blue jeans and a t-shirt. ( Hoping to barrow a suit coat from my father ) I will probably be taking down the family buisness ( shingle ) at the end of this year, ending a company after four generations ! I know only one thing.....we can shed some ( green ) now, or surely, our children WILL shed ( RED ) later. Please help us reach our needed chip-in goal. TODAY, if at all possible.

Based on a May 16 invitation, 24 hours ago, LiveFreeOrDie was encouraged to contact my CD coordinator to determine my credentials status. The point being, that my MO CD coordinator, who represents one-half of the state's contested delegates, had not been made aware of this collection-plate effort on behalf of the organization. My offer to reverse the alert was premised on my CD coordinator agreeing with LiveFreeOrDie that all contested delegates were included in this effort, and that my CD coordinator would notify me of such agreement.

So far, I've not been notified of such an agreement.

Moving on to the facts.

The Missouri Republican State Committee 2008 Call to Convention, page 5, specifies that “Each contest must be in writing. It must request a specific action by the appropriate Credentials Committee: who by name and address should be seated, and who by name and address should be denied seating. The challenge must state reasons for action to be taken and must be supported by evidence or testimony”.

If you have a written copy of the contest against you, to be a valid challenge:

1. It must request a specific action by the Credentials Committee.

2. It must specify by name and address who should be seated.

3. It must specify by name and address who should be denied seating.

4. It must state reasons for action to be taken, and these must be supported by evidence or testimony.

In the case of the St. Charles County caucus, none of the contested delegates nor contested alternates to the state convention, save one, has a copy of the challenge. And that one is the author of the challenge. An assumption here is that an alternate filed the contest with the MO GOP.

In the case of the St. Charles County caucus, all members of the Conservative Values slate were elected delegates, and all members of the non-Conservative Values slate were elected alternates.

The first charge of several in the contest specified that the number of votes in the caucus and the number of members present didn't reconcile. This charge was leveled not at any individual member or majority group of members, but instead was leveled at the entire caucus - that resulted in elected delegates and elected alternates as an outcome.

The first charge called into question the total result of the caucus. By doing so, and per the Call, the challenge must include all members of the caucus, by name and address, who should be seated and must include all members of the caucus, by name and address, who should be denied seating. In terms of this charge, names and addresses of all caucus participants must be specified as contested, including the author's name and address.

If any one individual is specified in the contest as one who should be seated, based on this charge, then this nullifies the entire contest.

Point one: only three bodies in the St. Charles County caucus had complete lists of all caucus participants 1) the county GOP registration table, 2) the caucus credentials committee, and 3) the rules committee.

Point two: the credentials committee didn't make its list publicly available to anyone at the caucus; it forwarded its list directly to the state GOP.

Point three: the county GOP registration table had a complete list of Republicans vetted to participate in the caucus.

Point four: the rules committee, one member of which, left the caucus with a copy of the participant list, never to be seen again. Theft is a misdemeanor in the state of Missouri, the County of St. Charles, and the City of St. Peters. The material stolen was owned by the caucus, not the rules committee member who took off with it.

Point five: if the author of the contest obeyed the Call and specified the names and addresses of challenged and non-challenged delegates and alternates, then that author had only three sources of names.

1) He could have obtained the names from the county GOP registration table.

2) He could have been provided the names by the state GOP,

3) he could have been provided the names by the thief.

If he obtained the names from the thief, then he's an accomplice to a crime against the state, the county, and the city of St. Peters.

If he obtained the names from MO GOP state headquarters, then MO GOP leaders served the interest of the challenger by aiding and abetting him against all other delegates and alternates at the caucus.

If he obtained the names from the St. Charles county GOP registration table, then St. Charles county GOP leaders served his interests by aiding and abetting him against all other delegates and alternates at the caucus.

When all is paid this week I'll have a grand total of 111.29 to last 2 weeks..oh yeah..thats going to go far..*rolls my eyes*...And I cuss the A**holes in Washington everyday for letting textiles die..and people like my husband never knowing if they'll have a job tomorrow or get to work a full week..or worse the ones that lost their homes..about 1/3 of Rutherford County NC people have lost their homes because of those bastards!!!..But many are STILL asleep...*I so need a great big alarm clock that screams WAKE UP AMERICA*

I was told this morning that ( we ) have recieved $ from as far away as the west coast. That these law suits MUST be filed by individuals and NOT by the Campaign. I'm just a farm raised boy from MO. and I freely admit to not knowing how it all works ( The election process/sueing for liable,ect.)
BUT, I am willing to learn, if nothing else, it's been an education of a life time. Thank you for your help in getting Ron Paul elected. That's what it's all about!! Not to mention saving our Country. Thank you, agian.
