we could ever get an honest voting method , is if say 200 of us planned and executed a coup'de'ete(sp?) on the electronic voting machines...I mean really...We found out where they are held, and break in and use baseball bats to destroy them. Yes its illegal, but so was the Boston tea party...(see below of the accounting with an eyewitness who participated in the original Boston Tea Party)...
The committee reported back to the mass meeting and a howl erupted from the meeting hall. It was now early evening and a group of about 200 men disguised as Indians assembled on a near-by hill. Whopping war chants, the crowd marched two-by-two to the wharf, descended upon the three ships and dumped their offending cargo's of tea into the harbor waters.
Most colonists applauded the action while the reaction in London was swift and vehement. In March 1774 Parliament passed the Intolerable Acts which among other measures closed the Port of Boston. The fuse that led directly to the explosion of American independence was lit.
George Hewes was a member of the band of "Indians" that boarded the tea ships that evening. His recollection of the event was published some years later. We join his story as the group makes its way to the tea-laden ships:
"It was now evening, and I immediately dressed myself in the costume of an Indian, equipped with a small hatchet, which I and my associates denominated the tomahawk, with which, and a club, after having painted my face and hands with coal dust in the shop of a blacksmith, I repaired to Griffin's wharf, where the ships lay that contained the tea. When I first appeared in the street after being thus disguised, I fell in with many who were dressed, equipped and painted as I was, and who fell in with me and marched in order to the place of our destination.
The Boston Tea Party
When we arrived at the wharf, there were three of our number who assumed an authority to direct our operations, to which we readily submitted. They divided us into three parties, for the purpose of boarding the three ships which contained the tea at the same time. The name of him who commanded the division to which I was assigned was Leonard Pitt. The names of the other commanders I never knew. We were immediately ordered by the respective commanders to board all the ships at the same time, which we promptly obeyed. The commander of the division to which I belonged, as soon as we were on board the ship, appointed me boatswain, and ordered me to go to the captain and demand of him the keys to the hatches and a dozen candles. I made the demand accordingly, and the captain promptly replied, and delivered the articles; but requested me at the same time to do no damage to the ship or rigging. We then were ordered by our commander to open the hatches and take out all the chests of tea and throw them overboard, and we immediately proceeded to execute his orders, first cutting and splitting the chests with our tomahawks, so as thoroughly to expose them to the effects of the water.
In about three hours from the time we went on board, we had thus broken and thrown overboard every tea chest to be found in the ship, while those in the other ships were disposing of the tea in the same way, at the same time. We were surrounded by British armed ships, but no attempt was made to resist us.
...The next morning, after we had cleared the ships of the tea, it was discovered that very considerable quantities of it were floating upon the surface of the water; and to prevent the possibility of any of its being saved for use, a number of small boats were manned by sailors and citizens, who rowed them into those parts of the harbor wherever the tea was visible, and by beating it with oars and paddles so thoroughly drenched it as to render its entire destruction inevitable."
IF WE DON'T DO THIS DRASTIC STEP WHAT OTHER CHOICE DO WE HAVE IN ORDER TO HAVE A SHOT AT AN HONEST ELECTION?????(of course if Ron Paul isn't on the ballot, I guess it wouldn't matter)

After 20 minutes and rebooting finally got RP Daily to come up on the 3rd try. Please tell me I am paranoid and nothing really happened!

Thank you for directing us to this group. I had missed it until now. I'm sure that took work on my part because they are well established. I immediately wanted to become a lifetime member, but thought I would hear what you have to say about it. Hopefully you will see this and add your comments. I think it comes from people who have no money in the bank. We are not trying to crash our economy, are we???? We do NOT want the Ron Paul organization to be accused of being the reason for our bad economy in any way, shape, form or fashion. You know, some insane Christians think they are suppose to usher in the apocalypse. Some people who have their money all in gold and silver tell others to buy, buy, buy in order to keep the price of gold and silver going up because that is where their money is, not for the good of the people protecting their money. Some survivalists want the world to crash, because "they (think) they are ready." That is ridiculous on all accounts. We will hurt this movement if we all go take our money out of the banks to show the bankers. You've heard of blowback, well watch out. You've also heard of backfire, well duck. Many level headed people (not me) in the meetups are saying, "do not do this." I agree, although this is the first time I have stated it.

In Nov. put crazy glue in them,drill screws in the slots,cut thier power cords do anything but vote in them.

Degausing coil, you could easily make a coil that would fry any electronic in 10 feet maybe a little less that you could hide on your person. Walk by each one aiming it their direction and fry them all and be gone long before anyone had a clue.
that is a great way, but if this is done the day of voting, then
it would actually disrupt that days voting, I think we need to make sure that the voting is using the old fashioned way, so people get their vote counted, but this is a mute point if there is not one worth voting for....

Civil Disobedience
is definitely one way to do it. Or when you are going to vote just bring some scissors with you(make sure they have a plastic handle so you don't get shocked) and cut the plug right off the machine. When you go to vote say hey your machine isn't on, something is wrong with it, and go to the next machine and vote then cut it's cord and leave. You can only hit two machines in one voting situation to not get caught if you follow my logic. Keep in mind, I don't think they have video cameras at the voting booths. Keep up the great work, I love your ideas and hope they catch on. If I didn't have a son and a wife, I would have been arrested long ago.
Good way to get in serious trouble
all they have to do is look at the voting record as to who the last person was to use the machines. Please, let's get some ideas that won't get you put away for life. Peace.

If we're going to plan a revolution, don't you think it should be done somewhere else besides a public forum? I don't think we would have beat the British if they let everyone in on the plan! Or as the saying went during WWII "loose lips sink ships." The RNC is already expecting RP supporters to disrupt the National Convention, and are planning their *offensive strategies* to block us, so we need to be smarter than them if we want to play to win.
