Please excuse me, but where in the hell is the N.R.A. on this. This amounts to nothing less than an all out attack on the second amendement and the people of this country. Where is the outrage people? Here is the link to the story. lou dobbs has also reported on this injustice.

primarily because the apparent mission of the feds is to prosecute anyone and everyone whenever and however possible.

not just the feds though, your local and state police behave the same way... that's life in the new Amerikan police state, 60 million laws, everyone's a criminal on some level (that's the idea)...

the NRA sold out. They were influential in the Dec 2007 veteran's disarmament act, as we call it.
GOA is better, thus far. Everyone I know has sent thier NRA lifetime membership goodies back.

i saw news coverage with usual main stream media spin and also heard it on alex jones show i believe.look the government wants the entire country disarmed, no ifs ands or buts and they will use any excuse to arrest and conviscate firearms.i ve no doubt that this was a very decent man and innocent victim in all this and they are simply setting a precedent with this case.i pray his attorneys will do their job and appeal this.the NRA is NOT for protecting the rights of gun owners,,,but i do believe Gun Owners of America are.is this a friend of yours?
