Regarding the topic of the Baptist preacher that just got nailed for making arrangements to meet a 13 year old . . . boy, just read that thread and tell me that some Paul Bots here aren't hypocrites.

Whew! Some freedom/liberty lovin people, huh? First Amendment rights be damned. Uh huh, yeah, you know who you are.
Well, IMHO, ANY subject that has to do with the threat to liberty and justice has a home on this site. Any topic that is informative of the current status of this country has a home on this site.
Geez, go burn one and chill out. It must be uncomfortable to live such a double standard, ey? So STFU and mind your own business.

Good post Feebs..I whole heartedly agree
i posted something of interest on here the other day and got flagged..i remember ,it was about them coming after Christians, a few said i was posting to start an argument..i started out "just for information"...my question is...how the hell are you supposed to tell folks about the things that are going on that is pertinent to needing Dr. Paul as our president, i search all avenues to find information but a lot that i don't find ends up on here...freedom to convey things that are important to us..maybe not to Dr. Pauls campaign..is just a no-no i guess...and this is not trolls doing this..i can argue with the trolls but i will not argue with the ones that have Dr. Pauls interest in mind...but think twice before you start flagging interesting information...this will be my last visit and last post....adios

First Amendment
That has nothing to do with the First Amendment. The First Amendment protects you from the GOVERNMENT restricting your speech. It's perfectly legal for anyone else to tell you to shut up. It's also perfectly legal for you to refuse to shut up. Going further, the owner of this website has a perfect right to block you if he doesn't like what you have to say, and it would not be a violation of the First Amendment, but the exercise of the owner's property rights.

I don't see any connection whatsoever between this prurient sexual scandal and Ron Paul, or the topic of liberty in general, so I would defend the poster who said the post probably does not belong here. By your rationale, ANY possible post has a place here ---- is that what you really think? At some point we HAVE to draw a line!

Well, topics such as making food go further during this crunch is out since it has nothing to do with RP. Oh, and let's not bother anyone with pesky articles about legislation that's currently being considered that will further erode your personal freedom. That's out since it has nothing to do with RP. And no posting about sex. Now that's prurient and out. No posting of articles that aren't strictly about RP's campaign. So what's left?

Much of what you feel is not noteworthy may be extremely relevant to someone else. Who are you to say where a line should be drawn? Do what I do and what everyone else has to do . . . scroll through the topics that interest you and leave the rest. No one is sewing your eyelids open and forcing you to read each and every post. Are you paying for the bandwidth here? If not, get over it.

And regarding Feebs rather, well, feeble argument that this is about "First Amendment Rights", that is a red herring --- this has NOTHING to do with First Amendment Rights, but about the relevance of posts to Ron Paul and the restoration of liberty. I fail to see how base sexual scandals fit into that framework --- but perhaps you can enlighten me.
