Americans need to realize that unless killed in Canada, C-51 will come barreling across the border via the mechanism of the FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter with Canada and Mexico which is FDA's vehicle for harmonizing the Food and Drug regs between all 3 countries. This is how they're bringing ultra restrictive UN Codex dictates into the USA. I have FDA's internal documents re Trilateral Cooperation Charter via Freedom of Information Act. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to read "Your dietary supplements: Under attack again" by Henry Lamb, which I am inserting into the record. Mr. Lamb explains the threat to American consumers of dietary supplements and American sovereignty by the Codex Alimentarius commission, commonly referred to simply as Codex. The United Nations created Codex to establish international standards for foods and medicines. Just last week, representatives of the United States government agreed to a final version of Codex's standards on dietary supplements which, if implemented in the United States, could drastically reduce Americans' ability to obtain the supplements of their choice. Members of the American bureaucracy may be hoping to achieve via international fiat what they cannot achieve through the domestic law-making process--the power to restrict consumers' access to dietary supplements. American bureaucrats may gain this power if the World Trade Organization, which considers Codex "guidelines" the standard by which all other regulations are judged, decides that our failure to "harmonize" our regulations of dietary supplements to meet Codex's recommendations violates international trading standards! This could occur despite the fact that American consumers do not want to be subjected to the restrictive regulations common in other parts of the world, such as the European Union.

I'd be glad to help you get your head around this issue faster, I realize I gave everyone a lot to read and ponder. This issue is both very complex, and very simple at the same time.
Its simple in that the ruling elite are setting us up like bowling pins for genocide and societal control.
Its complex in that they never make it totally obvious what they're doing. Most Americans have never heard of FDA's Trilateral Cooperation Charter With Canada and Mexico: http://www.fda.gov/oia/charter.html and they need a "Roadmap" to understand why this poses a threat.

I've been fighting for health freedom world wide since 1989, and C-51 in Canada represents the biggest attack on the dietary supplement industry that I've ever seen anywhere in the world. See http://www.stopc51.com I realize why it was introduced in Canada, its an effort to harmonize Canada to Australia's far more draconian laws governing these products. In New Zealand health freedom fighters just stopped an identical harmonization effort. This is happening because the UN has a Codex commmittee called "N.America and the SW Pacific"
Due to FDA's harmonization efforts via the Trilateral Cooperation Charter, C-51 poses a huge threat to the USA since FDA is acting as though we're already living in a NAU Dictatorship modelled after the EU.
BTW: In the EU, by January 2009 they'll be finalizing their so called "Safe Upper Levels" for Vitamins and Minerals, and those will be only slight multiples above the RDA. The EU politically dominates CODEX and will have no problem forcing these untherapeutic low potencies into CODEX.
C-51 Allows Health Canada to usher Codex restrictions directly into Canada without an Parliamentary oversight or public debate.
FDA will then bring them into the USA via the Trilateral Cooperation Charter unless we can force Congress to give us oversight, but we can't do that unless you guys help me call a lot more attention to this issue, so PLEASE HELP! I am literally fighting for my LIFE here.
I have a genetic need for the supplements I use. My life was saved via a suppressed alternative treatment mode (orthomolecular medicine) after mainstream medicine almost killed me.

Gas is a lot more expensive in Canada than in the USA. I have been driving all over the lower mainland around Vancouver BC educating health food store owners to the need to give consumers flyers to oppose C-51. I've also been doing the same with Naturopaths, Fitness Centers, Green Grocers, any place that might be able to help get the word out.
Americans don't grasp the degree to which we're being set up like bowling pins. Ron Paul tried to help me get congressional oversight on both Codex and on the Trilateral Cooperation Charter which is the vehicle being used to bring Codex into N.America. It was like running headlong into a brick wall. We got nowhere due to Congress being controlled by Pharma PAC donations.
Ron took a letter I wrote, put it on his letterhead as a "Dear Colleague" letter in an effort to help me try to get a Hearing on the Trilateral Cooperation Charter. I hand carried it all over Capital Hill and some Congressmen did sign, but no one on the Oversight & Investigations Subcommittee of the House Commerce Committee would sign due to being controlled by Pharma PAC donations.

So this is a pure grass roots battle, and fighting it feels like having 10 fingers in 10 holes in a hemmorhaging dike. I understand the REASONS why the ruling elite want to block our access to healing nutrients, and I have delineated all of them.
They're doing it for population control- they don't want us living a long time, but they're also doing it because they intend to microchip us all and certain specific nutrients interfere with both implanted chips and with directed energy in the form of microwaves.
You all need to know that the Canadian Parliament has never felt the level of HEAT from the grassroots on ANY issue than they're feeling right now due to the enormous groundswell of opposition to C-51 generated by this website www.stopc51.com and by IAHF and other groups working tirelessly to mobilize the grass roots on the issue.
So we CAN STOP C-51, and protect not only Canadians, but AMERICANS at the same time.
