Update on Mexican border violence

The situation along the U.S./Mexico border continues to deteriorate as the U.S. State Dept has said the entire region from Tijuana to Nuevo-Laredo is under seige by heavily armed drug cartels and that the equivalent of military small-unit combat is taking place on a daily basis, Americans are regularly being kidnapped, tortured and murdered because the cartels know they have little to fear from Washington. They are right there is absolute silence from the networks and our politicians including the candidates, not a word about illegal immigration and border security!

and I bet the only way to end this is to legalize drugs, then it will go away. Yeah, history does repeat itself and we never learn from it.
Like the Mob with prohibition, made alcohol legal and then what happened to the them, they no longer had a job!
