We are losing the AOL Straw Poll

Ron Paul is slowly but surely advancing in numbers in the AOL Straw Poll on aol.com but everytime the straw poll comes near the end, McCain overall gets more votes and most states turn to his color (right now all states are his color). Vote in the AOL Straw Poll Today:

It looks like about 7 to 8 McCain poll-wreckers to 2-3 Paul poll-wreckers voting right now. Poll-wrecker is someone who votes, clears their cookies and votes again.

We can't just assume that voting in the AOL poll will make no difference; that is the wrong attitude.

sometimes the local news or mainstream media refers to odd polls like Gallop and some other polls, so we should try to dominate this poll!
As long as people
don't hold it up as evidence that Paul is the most popular candidate, I have no problem with it. Now that's what makes some Paul supporters look silly. Internet polls are not scientifically valid or reliable on that account by any stretch. But to get his name out, I think it's a good idea.
I'd argue that it isn't worthless
Peope see these polls, and if it makes a few people curious about who's getting all these votes, maybe they'll look into Dr. Paul and be forever converted.
The first thing that drew me to Dr. Paul was the money raised one year ago. It made me start reading, and I haven't stopped since. I've become a defender, and converted many family and friends to be supporters. I looked because of some dedicated early adopters getting my attention.

but it seems to me mostly that it is a correct total, then again how accurate are polls?? haha I'd vote anyway.

I've voted in this poll every week since I noticed it...was really getting excited for a while...we had him in about 20 states. I vote twice each week, since I have 2 internet connections. Yeah i'm spamming the vote Hannity you windbag, sue me.
Let's try again next week...I think this poll resets at 4am tonight.

It would be nice to have some talented hackers in our movement, then we could show that talking bag of excriment what a spammed poll really looks like. Probably wouldn't help the movement...but it sure would be funny.

If you flip through and look...
at the individual states, Ron Paul is doing quite well on this straw poll.
For example, they list McCain as the winner in Utah, but he and Dr. Paul both have 50% if you look at the state numbers by themselves.
Many of the other ones have Dr. Paul in the 30-40% ++ range.
Impressive considering they never say his name on tv. And when they do mention him they say he has no chance.
