Penn is just a dumb human being
He made me sick after he did his big Katrina publicity stunt. If anyone remembers, he brought his buddies, one little boat. Put buddies in said boat and launched off, only to forget they never put the plug in the bottom of the boat 20 feet off shore, had to use little pop cups to toss out water when they could have easily just stepped out of the boat and pulled it back to shore. I still can't figure what the hell they were doing.
