The frogs were on the move a couple of days before the earthquake.

These match the description of the so-called Earthquake Lights that have been reported before, during, or after various earthquakes for thousands of years (the first recording was in 373 BC). While once believed to be a myth, there is growing evidence that they are in fact real, and this video certainly seems to be convincing evidence.

The most common theory is that there are disruptions in the earth's magnetic field that cause these visible phenomena to occur, and there are many scientists who are trying to measure these changes in order to hopefully be able to predict earthquakes in the future.

I agree that the above has no direct relevance to the Ron Paul campaign or his movement, but it does indicate that lastmovement has a questing and independent mind that he seems to share with his fellow Paulsters.

Certainly, in a country full of almost mindless and empty conformity, where "change" is equated with vapid and sociopathic charlatians like McCain, Obama, and Hillary, where dissent is trivialized and maligned, and where wholesale ignorance and mass delusion compete in the arena of "public opinion", the alertness and originality expressed by lastmovement's post regarding nature and its unknowns shows the movement at our best.

As long as such posts don't take anything away from news of the Revolution, they should be welcomed.

"just plain fun", this reminds me of a book I recently read, Polar Shift, by Clive Cussler. Perhaps with an earthquake there is something localized happening with the earth's magnetism, who knows?. Humans will eventually figure out all the mysteries of nature. Fun and games, at any rate.

I am not sure what this has to do with Ron Paul. I seem to recall reading other sightings of similar phenomena prior to other major earthquakes. It would appear that this is some kind of strange natural occurrence that we do not fully understand. If so, this is interesting, but again, I fail to see the connection with Ron Paul.

I certainly hope you are not trying to imply some sort of conspiracy here.
