When are you going to wake up? You have been asleep!
The gold fringes on three edges of the flag means that it is the Admiralty flag.
The flag you fly represents the jurisdiction you are under.
Anyone saying otherwise is either lying or trying to miss lead you and put you back to sleep. The admiralty flag represent maritime law (international law) so when you surrender to the jurisdiction of the court by entering a plea or subjecting yourself to their jurisdiction in some way you are then trapped in that system. If you have done your homework, gotten up from you stupor, turned off the ball game, tuned out the media brainwash news and educated yourself you will know how to successfully challenge jurisdiction.
The Admiralty flag is in every court house in the US. But they are federal enclaves and do not represent US law. Entering in to such a court is entering in to a foreign jurisdiction where they trick you in to becoming subordinate to their jurisdiction. Here is a good place to start www.gemworld.com/USAVSUS....

What does the gold fringe on the flag represent?
flag fringe
Gold fringe can be found on ceremonial flags used indoors and for outdoor ceremonies. The fringe is considered completely within the guidelines of proper flag etiquette. There is nothing in the Flag Code [see below] about the fringe being for federal government flags only. The Internet contains many sites that claim that the fringe indicates martial law or that the Constitution does not apply in that area. These are entirely unfounded (usually citing Executive Order 10834 and inventing text that is not part of the order) and should be dismissed as urban legends. Others ascribe meanings of spiritual authority. Gold fringes on flags goes back long before the United States. Flags in ancient India had gold fringe, as did those in France, England, and throughout

Very simple. If you ever find yourself in a courtroom with
a gold fringe flag. That is an American Flag with a golden rim around it then know that youre in a military court being court marshalled under military laws. You will have no rights and can be executed immediately after a speedy trial

So...
So when I go to buy a flag at the flag store, the salesperson is gonna tell me I need to buy the gold-trimmed flag only if I plan to execute someone after a military tribunal?
Or maybe the gold trim is just some fancy fabric added to the edge to spruce it up by some fancy-ass interior decorator?
gimme a break.

OK
Maybe I'm Paranoid. But that artical did seem a tad defensive. My flag is red, white, and blue not red, white, blue and gold! My husband and i just started really noticing them lately and they give us the creeps. They are ugly. tacky! Why did they ever do that for any reason? It's just wrong!
no he wont tell you that
but the gold fringe flag symbolically means youre in a military court with no constitutional rights.
Thats why the supreme court I believe ruled on many occasions that no Gold fringe flag should fly above or inside govt buildings. it only flies I guess inside military courts.
The day you see a gold fringe flag flying around the US is the day martial law has been enacted and the constitution suspended

Martial law has been enacted
we are living under a national security order.
CAN YOU WAKE UP?
Hey, I have a gold-timmed
Hey, I have a gold-timmed Alaska state flag! Does that mean I can execute Dubya if he pays a visit to my house? Please say it is so!
lolol not really akak. its symbolic and a sign the constitution
has been suspended if it isnt in a military court I guess

The history thing
does'nt fly with me . Those countries were not free countries with the constitution as the rule of law.
Admiralty Flag?
I remember reading that a long time ago. 'Law of the sea' or admiralty law. You are supposed to ask to have it removed from courtrooms and such since it represents a different kind of law....
Don't know what to believe anymore.
Get that gold fringe off my flag!
Went to ask .com and looked at that article seemed pretty legit. Had other links too. Think thats why so many judges today say stuff like, "This is my courtroom and I'll decide the law" Your on it LastAmericanStanding. Should'nt we know this for sure? Could this be a big deal? If walking into a courtroom is like walking into acountry with different laws and you are guilty until proven innoccent?
pretty sure it means that
pretty sure it means that our flag has been captured by the british
Or our liberty
has been captured by the power elite.
Close
These things seem somewhat related to what I found but it's more sinister than that. The court room comment is the best and I would definatley want it removed from any court room I was in. But if it's already there I don't think you would have the say to have them remove it. It should NOT be there, It is uncostitutional in it's meaning as to what I found and is a very sneaky tactic and to me a desicration of our flag. Please keep searching folks. I think this may be of more importance than we think. Could be a big sign that martial law is already here or being snuck in right under our noses.
I never did want to pledge
I never did want to pledge allegiance to a flag, anyway--wish they left those words out. I pledge to the republic for which it stands. Gold or no fringe, I am pledging to the Republic.
Thank you :)
Going to shower. Appreciate all of the replies. Keep em coming I'll check back soon :)
