You should probably change that name you have caue this issue is so anti constitution its not even funny. This is a movement if you haven't noticed its not just about the election of one man. Its about our constitution ists about liberty its about the rule of law. I'm sick of seening people try to repress free speech on this site. There is no way a person can watch what is happening in texas and then ignore it and then say they love their constitution. I'm not going to try to beg you for anything keep up the flaging and you'll be getting an onslot of letters to the owner of the site to remove you from the whole forum. No I won't beg a tyrannt shoooo go away. you act as if someone has twisted your arm and forced you to come into the tread. I think it is nice the person ask you to be cool if they had one or two threads I would not have done as much. There are more issues going on in this movement than one election. I have watched 5 people have their eyes open to our movement over this issue. People that didn't like Ron Paul before it. Now they are saying they hope he runs thrid party. When I tell hem he wont do it they get this look on there face like they don't know what we are going to do. This issue is key for us to stand up for its every thing we believe in. If people don't see us stand up for issues like this they say "yeah they are just like the other guys its all about power". We have to walk the walk if we are going to talk the talk. We are activist that means we act. which is just what I'll do if you don't stop harrassing these people for making a place to talk about an issue that is dear to their hearts. I to feel like it could be takin to one thread so it keeps the board less cluterd it would be nice if it was pin to the top. either way they deserve a place to talk about the issue and how people in the Ron Paul movement feel about it. After the primary what will this site be talking about if Ron Paul is not nominated and he doesn't run thrid party. You trying to say when the Ron Paul campaign is over the owner of the site just close up shop. No sir this movement will not go away and there are many things to still fight for. It lives on! Remember! Remember! The R3VOLUTION of yesterday today and forever.

Look, I feel for them, I really do. But their winning court battles and have a massive legal team, ok, so it's looking brighter for the families.
I just honestly wonder sometimes how much damage this non-stop posting about this has done to the campaign. Although there is a possibility it may have gained some Romney supporters (i do believe that), the constant BOMBARDMENT here pushes aside actual RP news,politics,McCain,delegates, the march, the wars,,, you know...actual "Presidential" stuff. It's counter-productive. This does not mean that "we" don't care about them. Thats a technicality.
Do this: go to www.dailypaul.com and browse through the MAIN pages to remind yourselves what this site is about. How many are about the FLDS situation ? Exactly.

time....then will you stop flagging?? this issue wont go away, and if it goes all the way to the US supreme court, THEN I think we will get many many, many more supporters(the other forums don't even care)....I read a post , that these children's situation, has awoken almost 10+ MILLIONS TO THE INJUSTICE OF OUR TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT...While in about 8 months of campaigning and raising money ....we may have awoken a couple million..tops.....so this issue will stay here until its resolved...

Money bomb?
I'd love to see a money bomb, perhaps to the www.captivefldschildren.o... defense fund, or to the Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid group that is representing many of them (www.trla.org). Since the news of the Supreme Court actually being in bed with CPS has emerged, my feelings about the FLDS getting a fair shake at the SCOT have fallen substantially.

As I think I said once before
I am honestly surprised it is this high. To me that is in one way a depressing reminder of how far our country has fallen; but on the other side of the coin, it is a significant enough number to remind me that there is still hope. A third and then some is still enough to make a difference.
This one single case is making believers in liberty out of skeptical statists. That may be the silver lining in this cloud.

It's a great interview. It can be easily downloaded from this site, I figured out.
Near the middle of the page is a link that says "listen to the show" with a little icon that says "play". RIGHT-click (or CTRL-click) this play icon, then choose to "save as..." or "save to..." to save the MP3 file to your hard drive.
Maybe someone who does YouTube could put up a brief segment of this on YouTube, with a direct link to the entire interivew????
I'll be sending this to all my friends and family who are still questioning the situation. Even though an appeals court ruled in favor of a subset of the FLDS on Thursday, this is nowhere near over.
We must help these law-abiding citizens have a fair hearing in the court of public opinion. There is still so much trash talk going on about how they are evil child-molesting cultists, which just isn't so, folks.

Texas officials plan to ask court block ruling in sect case

SAN ANGELO, Texas — Texas child welfare authorities are planning to appeal a stinging ruling that found they had no right to seize more than 440 children from a polygamist sect's ranch.
Osler McCarthy, a spokesman for the Texas Supreme Court, said Child Protective Services notified the court Friday that "they will file something today."
McCarthy said the state would ask the high court to block the ruling Thursday from the Third Court of Appeals in Austin that said the state failed to show the children were in any immediate danger when they were rounded up last month.
Members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints hailed Thursday's ruling as vindication. They've said there was no abuse at the ranch in west Texas and they are being persecuted for their religious beliefs.
