Please help out our water rights

Please go to this local newspaper's web site and vote no in their reader poll on the right side.
The Great Lakes Water Compact pretty much lets the gov't control all water within 30-40 miles or so of the great lakes. This means private ponds, wells, etc.
Three of the five Great Lakes states have already passed this; Ohio and Pennsylvania have not as of yet.

Wouldn't you want the ponds and wells to be private?
I am a bit confused. This thing would give the gov't control (public) over water for 30-40 miles. Then why do you say that ponds and wells will be private?
Any in any case, wouldn't you want private water? Do you really trust the government to properly take care of such an important resource? Haven't they done enough damage (ie. adding potentially harmful fluoride) to be relieved of their duties?

Along with all the other subversive crap goin on out there. Establish a "Constitutional Law Zone" (CLZ) in your area! It is done by putting laws on the local law books that state: This (local) government will only operate under Constitutional Law.
Everyone who reads this:
1) please check out what we are doing.
2) join our group (we need everyone we can get).
3) learn the concepts.
4) Start your own CLZ.
