The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian & Genghis Khan

I just finished watching the Chronicles of Narnia.
One of the most magical motion picture journeys Ive experienced so far.
So spectacular that as the 4 rulers were leaving Narnia at the end of the movie, I was pretty much haunted by the thought that Genghis Kahn has departed and left us to face our fate while he faced his own.
Genghis Khan wherever you are.
If youre reading this my good friend. I certainly miss you and hope you will be back soon.
That said I wish you the best my friend. I hope you will find True Peace in your adventures. I hope you will settle and find True Peace.
Good bye my good friend.
God Speed

I will bump this once a night in honor of Genghis Khan and in the hope he reads it. Till he returns

I didnt read...

This post, thought it might be a movie spoiler when I saw the words "at the end". I'll be back tomorrow to comment my nickels worth.

from my understanding

Fortune Favors the Bold

khan was a middle aged military vet who had at some point adopted a shaminic/yogi religion/worldview. He believed he was a reincarnation of genghis kahn. He lived a hermetic life in the isolated alaskan wilderness. An interesting guy, definetly.

Why did some people like Genghis Khan so much?

NOY, just wondering why some people liked GenghisKhan, so much???
Do you guys know something that I don't know? His posts were always cryptic and I never understood what he wanted to say. I mean he was a very likable guy and all, but...who was/is he? I assume it was a guy.

"first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks...will deprive the people of all property" -Thomas Jefferson

I liked his calm manner-

I also enjoyed pondering his comments.

He didn't get angry

Fortune Favors the Bold

like, ever. I think that was why people liked him alot, even though a few of his posts were pretty out there.

thnks for mentioning that GREEDisBAD. Genghis was a guy I suppos

e that too. A very nice person. I would say I disagreed with him a few times on issues key to me. But he was a phenomena. I also didnt always understand him which is alright. But he was a vital element in this forum. One that is needed. Hes now gone on an adventure accross the country. He said hell drop by from time to time when he gets internet access. Im not sure if he said something like he just retired. A very nice man who deserves a thread in his honor. Who as in who is he? well the real Genghis Khan was the King of the mongols who took over the whole world and killed millions upon millions. a real horrific historic figure. But our Genghis Khan was a nice Paulite. lolol

Yup, he was a nice guy, but was hard to understand.

So, what are you up to? There isn't much that we can do (if I'm right), but I hope you are doing something to prepare for a potential economic collapse that I think will come around 2010, say, between September 2009 and March 2010. It's just my guess, though. My guess can easily be wrong.

well we need to work hard on helping RP Republicans and campaign

ing for the good Doc right now. As for the depression
I believe this man precisely predicted the recession of '87
http://www.youtube.com/wa...
so Im pretty sure when he said were going into a depression within the next 2 years he was right! Since he knows what hes talking about and all true(no fake) economists are backing him up now.

This is excellent.

Now, I know why he likes gold standard even if gold might be already cornered by international bankers. I like his reasons.

As for the depression, I happen to agree with his prediction that you told me. I did not know he predicted that.

BTW, I'm pretty sure I saw a YouTube clip that he said something like at this rate, we might have to raise the interest rates... or something like that. And, I thought that he was talking about a potential of deflationary depression.
I wish I saved the link.

"first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks...will deprive the people of all property" -Thomas Jefferson

Yes GREEDisBAD. Increasing interest rate is going to annihilate

the middle class completely and this is what I fear too.
If they let the depression be just without any manipulation this will be a total cleansing of the US economy that will be the cause of a new stronger economy. But I suspect just like you said Ron Paul has predicted they will raise interest. This is what I fear. Just beready. Have a lot of Gold and Silver with you hidden well. also store lots of well packaged well sealed dried food and grain and water. This is stuff that will be really helpful once the S*** hits the fan. At least we will be ready to survive the coming catastrophe

Why not cash, too?

FRN's will be worthless...

just like the German mark.

You remind me of idiots who mindlessly chant CHANGE. LOL.

OK , then why is the dollar worth about 3%

of what it was in 1913?

In hopes that Genghis Khan sees this. bump

I have not seen it yet, but

I have not seen it yet, but as for the first one (I think Caspian is the thrid book) the actual written books are far superior to the movies. The last one was so incredible I had to put it down 3 times because of so many tears. A fantastic spiritual journey through those books...

I READ THESE BOOKS SO MANY TIMES AS A CHILD, that they

wouldn't let me check them out anymore after I had read them all 4 or 5 times.......

lol Jdayh. you mustlve been stalking the librarian lolol

omg 5 times??? lol
