***Was 9/11 a Diversion for Ratifying the NAU?***

It seems on Sept. 11, 2001 after the terrorist attacks, Colin Powel was in Peru to sign the US into the OAS (Organization of American States) aka NAU. Lately, when you hear corporate company spokesman, state dept. officials, the Bush administration, they all speak about the "Americas" or "North American States", when talking to representatives of other countries. There is also a show on PBS called the "Biz Kids", where there are kids talking all about the global economy and how all kids must know how global business works. My brother, who just graduated college, said most professors taught everything as global.
