WE ARE MASSIVELY ATTEMPTING TO GET THE WORD OUT TO ALL NEVADA STATE DELEGATES ABOUT RECONVENING THE STATE CONVENTION WITHOUT THE STATE GOP...In order to do this we must form a quorum, which is around 700 people/delegates. We have a location and a date....we just need to contact all the people....please post an email address, or list yours so you can be contacted to assist us in contacting every meetup group in the state of Nevada....
or just list your meetup group # and if you can contact your entire meetup group by email or listing in the meetups message center..
please see this post and cut and past it in your meetup groups message center..there is between 18-22 nevada meetup groups...

I am not elected to state yet but let me tell you we have great people leading the las vegas meetups. Very organized and even have leadership meetings almost every week. America needs our message and Nevada will lead if we need to.

with signs and slim jims....We need between 50-200 supporters to show up!!! If you are from the Reno area spread this to your meetup groups This can get new blood for Ron Paul, and destroy any momentum that J. mccain has.....

The system only seems to let you send 12 emails a day ..I have used up my allotment...If you could send 12 emails to the organizer of each meetup ..that would be great!! I will send you the email I have been using. You can use it , or modify it if you wish...

so that leaves like 16 or so meetup groups left to contact in Nevada.....

It's easy enough
To go to MeetUp.com and put Reno, or Las Vegas, or any other city in Nevada in the city request area and the local meetups appear...then send a message to the meetup coordinators. I've been doing this for NoNev and so far, I'm not seeing messages posted to the possible delegates as a result....what's going on? If we are going to help, even people in other States can do this... Jdayh has the Ron Paul campaign headquarters been contacted about the Las Vegas' MeetUps push to reconvene? Maybe other MeetUps feel they need "official" sanction or some such...

for Nevada....I didn't know this could be done....I have a list of all the meetup #'s, but as I tried to send a message to all of them...I got no response...so I think you must be a member to be able to send messages to them(probably cuts down on spam).
as fare as as contacting HQ....no need to until we can contact the delegates.....as of now...all we need to do is get a list so we can talk about it...then we can do a conference call or something.
I know that many people think they "need" permission from someone higher up...but honestly they don't....That is what this is all about ..being a leader and making our country work. ---the election process is for the people, and by the people.....not for the leaders and by the politicians ...
we will however bring HQ in the loop once we can get all the delegate contacts...enough to create a quorum....that is..
You do need
to be a member of a MeetUp to post directly to the full membership online, but there is a place in the left hand column where you can send a message to the MeetUp organizer, and you don't have to be a member.
Also, I agree that you shouldn't need permission, but people know there are infiltraters out there and unless they have heard from leadership, they are suspicious. In some cases, I think there might be some validity to that wariness. So, I think if one can get the MeetUp organizers to place a message, it will carry more weight. Some of the MeetUp organizers also know who many of the delegates are and if they are anything like our MeetUp have the contact info as well. Suspicion... a sign of the times, unfortunately. My guess that the campaign headquarters might have more of the contact information as well, so a coordination might be the best and most direct method of gaining some momentum. Just my opinion and I do appreciate your efforts.

the email, but the system will only let me send 12 emails a day....and I reached that limit at 4:00 AM this morning.... :(
BTW have you seen todays LV Review Journal?? There is supposed to be a very large ad in it telling about the reconvening of the state convention....The one who placed the ad...is the one who is getting the list together he is a 110% Ron Paul supporter..... a member of the LV meetup....
