The next practical point is to check what kind of "permission" we need to demonstrate with at least 50 people (Sorry, folks, that's even an ambitious number, in Europe we are just recovering "Valley Forge" - so promote, promote, promote). That's obvious something the people from London have to clarify. I got in contact with Matthew Davies of the London meetup, but everyone from London or UK posting here may be of assistance.
Interrelated with this task is obviously what we want to do. My idea is to march to Trafalgar sqare to the Monument. But proposals are welcome.

Letlibertyring started a thread recently on a Freedom March in London http://www.dailypaul.com/... . Some people from Europe like me are excited about the idea of European Paulites (Expats and Americans travelling in Europe welcome, of course) to gather on a significant place in significant numbers at the same time as the American Paulites gather in Washington, to show our support for and our gratitude to Ron Paul and the people who brought the rEVOLution on the move, get to know other European Paulites and perhabs plan for some future actions and a common platform. Remember there has been the event in Straßburg http://youtube.com/watch?... and it would be nice to bring together Paulites from the UK and from Ireland together with Paulites frpm the continent. That's why I opt for London though there are other symbolic places like Paris, Brussels, Straßburg, Berlin or Warsaw.
I am ready to moderate the discussion about how to plan and promote it for a start. I am not ready to do this alone for weeks and I am not ready to organize everything. I have a full time job and I am happy to spare a week-end for London. Please let us show the power of self-organisation!
I will start a thread on other RP forums and the German-speaking blogs if there is some feed-back

2.) Please mention if you have any skills, knowledge, material or other input
a) It's vital to have some people from London as "boots on the ground", esp to check what are the regularities for such manifestation and, if it is required, to sort these things out with the authorities. I guess we have not to bother if we have a flash mob on Trafalgar Square with 25 people, but its different if we shut off the Strand with 5.000 people (ok, just dreaming). So it is vital for further planning you pledge as soon as possible.
b) Of course it would be nice if there are people who are skilled in making a documentary like this http://youtube.com/watch?.... I guess that shouldn't be that problem. But does anyone has the skill and the equipment to build up some life link to Washington? Does anyone has a connection to bring the event into the media? Any special Ron Paul material (Mini-Blimp)?
3.) The general course of events should be nice and simple: meet at a certain point at a certain time, enjoy and leave again. Having said this, I think it would be great to have some meeting afterwards, perhabs the next day to discuss further cooperation and to pass a proclamation like the people in Straßburg did http://strasbourgteaparty....
4.) Last not least we should think on promoting this event heavy during the next weeks. So tell your meetup-groups, post it on your national blogs and websites: and don't forget to add the link http://groups.google.com/...
5.) Of course there are people who would like to show their support on the 12th of July but can't or won't make it to London. Anyway, it would be nice and fun if you gather in nice crowds. Fabio said his Munich meetup group intends to have a march there and I can imagine the Hamburg group will be up too. I guess you will find some information on this and other European events here http://groups.google.com/....
Maybe you cannot make it to any event and you are just a small group or all on your own (I remember a post here of a poor guy in some remote part of Chili). Thought about your own freedom message for the 12th of July on youtube? Perhabs someone will make a nice video with all this messages and pictures from the rallies. Just an idea.

Unfortunately, I really am horrible at this thing they call a computer, so I cannot really help you out in any technological matters. It is truly amazing that people all around the world are uniting in a message of freedom. I guess you can really say America is the last true democracy on the earth, and this Revolution will have an impact worldwide. If we cannot hold onto democracy here, I fear there will be no way for this cycle to continue to spiral downward. I am very thankful you and others around the world are with "us". It is truly inspiring and helps motivate us to push forward. This collapse of democracy is new to America, we kind of have to learn as we go along. I hope more like you will continue to unite in this effort to restore freedom not just in America, but in your country and around the world. With upmost sincerety, thank you!!! Mixed feelings
the wearechange.co people do a great work and I'am definetly for a new 9/11 investigation (so you may call me a "truther"). Having said this, I know there are good reasons why Ron Paul says that truthers are not doing him a favour by coming forward with their ideas while campaigning for him. And they could easy outnumber us on this event, I guess. We should give it a second thought.
Concerning the public cameras: I can only say from the time I lived in London: there are loads. If you add the cameras on private property that observe the public space I guess the number is not far from reality.
