Finally the defenders are awakening

I'm sorry but forgive me for loving the movement. Looking up to Ron Paul. Admiring how this man stands up against the MSM. How he stood the test of time. How his message has never faltered. When everyone was telling him that he didn't have a snow balls chance in hell he still carried on. When pundits and Neo's scoffed at his followers as you trolls are doing now. He stood by us. While in return we paid him back tenfold. This Barr business is if anything awakening more revolutionist to the fact that the LP has been taken over by non liberals. Why are we singled out for the taking? Why on Barrs web-site are we listed as a target. Like a to do list for a hit man. I say to all those who have stood by and watched these event unfold stand back no longer. Now is the time. If not now then when. We are going to that convention. We are going to D.C. We will no be stopped. Barrbarians get the hell out of the way for the Ron Paul Revolution will not stop for a hijacked libertarian cause. We are blazing a path to an era of new Liberty. R.I.P. the Trilateral Commission got in touch with Bob's old CIA field director and told him to tell Bob to run as a Libertarian for president to prevent Ron Paul from winning the presidency....my god ya'll are starting to act like a bunch of cult members with this BS. I like the guy. I only have problems with him if he holds true to the Christian worldview ideology and I don't believe that Romans 13:1 is talking about a leader being put in place by God its the law that is put in place by God through the heart of men. Now if he would come out and reject that and just have a Christian view and say that Romans 13 is talking about the law I would pretty much agree with him across the board. Just as you know how evil the federal reserve is I also know how evil this terminology is. The evil that befalls our nation is three fold. They have recruited this evil in the church, the state, and in business and are moving into our schools. You have only been able to fight that move off because of the internet. Once they take that away its onward church state and business holding hands. I believe in putting blame on both groups not just the federal reserve side. I want the government out of my business the church out of my government and the government out of my church. I reject all relativism. its the religion of satan. with that being said I'm off to meet Ron Paul at the rally in Branson Missouri. every one spread the word anywhere you can the revolution is very alive and well and its coming to a town near you. peace!

I have talked to Bedr1 he is in my meetup. I do not believe anyone should be voting for anyone but Ron Paul at this point. I think Bedr1 is trying to say this even if he is not finding the right way to say it. I have even had problems with some of the things he has said (because of the way he says them). I think he is saying that even though BB has his flaws and he is not Ron Paul. It is good for the Ameircan people to here any part of the freedom message. We will probably not be hearing anything about the federal reseve system coming out of the mans mouth or anything against the war on terror but there will be some freedom message come forth from the libertarian party that the people of our nation has not heard before. I think what Bedr1 is saying it might not be a complete message as Ron Paul has put out but it will be in part. I think the place we are getting hung up on here is. Bedr1 is not talking about using BB to spread the message to the Ron Paul suporters. He is talking about using BB to get a portion of the freedom message out to the people who are the so called sheep. The message BB brings will not be a complete message. So a Ron Paul supporter are not going to jump on board. See Ron Paul supporters have grown to see that a half truth is just another lie. If we all examine ourselves. We did not start out knowing the whole message. Some are brought into the movement over Real ID some the federal reserve some the waist in washington but once you start to learn because of one point it is not long before you start learning about the other things. I think you guys are not understanding each other. You guys reject not having a complete message while he rejects the idea of not teaching in parts. Actually you are both right and both wrong. He is right that BB campaign is a good chance to spread the meassage in part and open some eyes. And you are right that those of use who know the complete truth should not eccept anything short of the truth. However he needs to realize that an incomplete education does not always bring complete understanding while you on the other hand need to realize that sometimes it does. You guys are aware that this movement can be working in all the parties at the same time? Sure it might not be the purest form that you now possess but it is a start for opening eyes. I personally think its wrong to ask you to vote for BB while Ron Paul is still running. I personally think that if bedr1 could go back and change that he would. I don't think that was his intetion but it did come across like that cause the minate I saw his post I called him. But see he was already mad because everyone attacked him pretty quick I notice there are a few people on this site that are pretty quick to jump out and say hurtful things to people instead of conversing. I myself feel this has gone to far and needs to stop but I also think there are a few people who like the fighting. To what ends I don't know they just like it. I find nothing wrong with going to other web sites and sharing your oppionions. I don't think I can vote for BB myself so I would not ask someone else to do so. If I could vote for him myself maybe I could ask someone but I don't so it doesn't matter. I might however look into all parties sites and spread the message of freedom and try to wake people up to what is going on in our country. Sometimes it is frustrating to watch people fight over one little thing when they actually agree on so much more. Thats just my 2 cents PEACE!

It's the timing of this Barr thing that is most disconcerting to me. Even aside from the obvious possible policy conflicts.

Sure, it's understandable that some people may want to support a Libertarian Party candidate, for whatever reasons they might have. And they have every right to do that if they wish.

However, the timing of this "Barr rush" here says something is up.

Anyone would realize that AFTER the RNC convention, alot of folks might be looking for a candidate that is actually on a ticket, to vote for. So, any strategy minded LP person would realize that there would be a natural occurrence of some voters here flowing into the Libertarian Party presidential camp after that RNC convention. Not all, maybe not even alot, but some. Any flow that they are likely to get from here to there will occur almost automatically on its own when the time comes, and needs no special effort, and in fact is a waste of their efforts which could be productive elsewhere. So, they don't NEED to come here to do this, particularly now. BUT, they ARE coming here to do this now. And even if they've "been here for a long time" there is no difference. Their timing is off, and in my view, for a reason.

Why now?
Well, because the final push up to the RNC convention is coming up, and we MUST be fractionalized and impeded, and/or co-opted, as much as possible before that time, from any of our opponents' point of view. The Neocons cannot risk(and do fear) any significant presence at the RNC convention from RP supporters, from a public relations standpoint. They will try to weaken it as much as they can, and whatever is left, they will try to bury, or skirt, or deny, or obfuscate. Any assistance they can get in that effort, whether innocent or complicit, they will use. And this very fact sheds additional suspicion on the Barr camp, even beyond the initial policy suspicions that people have, because anyone with a half-strategic brain would know all about what I'm writing here. In fact, if anything, it acts to confirm the original suspicions as "another witness".

So therefore, I say to you, that this ill-timed onslaught into our ranks is the result of 2 possible things: Either strategic stupidity, or malice.
The Libertarian Party calls themselves "The Party of Reason". I suppose that eliminates the "stupidity" option.

I will vote for Ron Paul or write in Ron Paul... if I cannot do either.. then my vote goes to Chuck Baldwin! as a person who voted for Ron Paul in 88', I sure hope I can proudly cast my vote for him again!

This whole Barr thing is just a distraction.... Don't spend your time and energy researching this guy... it's just a waste of time. Some people posting might not have bad intentions, but just remember that Ron Paul has not quit yet and neither should we. Has he endorsed Barr? Then why even consider him? We need to FOCUS, people. Keep moving FORWARD.... Don't let these distractions get in the way... I say ignore the posts and let them die. After September if RP doesn't get the nomination then we can follow his lead on whom he endorses... He has shown faith in us, we need to show a little faith in him.... so those of you posting about Barr are just giving up in my opinion, or maybe you are just trolls and need to be ignored.

It all makes sense the same people keep bringing this up, some have been on the DP for literally days and they all are posting about the same time of day and end the same time of day. Some use the old excuse that they have been lurking here for a long time, but the reality they are the same person trying to push an agenda. Most likely a McCain supporter trying to thwart Barr but could also be CP member.
