The Good Doc says he dosnt plan to get involved because: Chuck Baldwin is also running. "BALDWIN WHO IS A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE WORKED VERY HARD FOR MY CAMPAIGN, HES NOW THE CONSTITUTION PARTY NOMINEE"
says the Good Doctor.

I think Ron Paul still thinks he may have a chance in St. Paul! with this economy going to hell by leaps and bounds weekly, people hurting, with all the exposure he is getting on tv now, the delegates my revolt! he said on Krudlow and co last night that he would make his endorsement In September. But why so late? if he endorsed now that would add mucho dinero to the candidate he endorses.. so its interesting.. but I can say this Baldwin is my first choice... but if Ron endorses Barr I will vote for barr to concentrate the vote!

If he is endorsed by Paul, just as Baldwin would endorse Paul (and most likely drop out ) if Ron Paul received the RNC nomination.

I'm disappointed
Dr Paul's support actually grew tremendously at the end of the primaries which is proven by how well he did in the last 3 or 4 state primaries. This is because it took a long time for Dr Paul's ideas and platform to get out to the American people. If the primaries wouldn't have started so early, the outcome may have been different but that's water under the bridge.
The problem lies in what to do now because Dr Paul choose not to run as a 3rd party candidate. In my mind and heart, I can not vote for either Obama or McCain. I can not contribute by using my vote to put either one in office because neither one can change the accelerating demise of America.
Dr Paul was the only candidate who has the knowledge, experience and compassion to at least try and possible succeed. Personally, I'm disappointed in Dr Paul for not running 3rd party because now we are in a hopeless situation. I for one am looking to him for an endorsement of either Barr or Baldwin because in my mind no one other that Dr Paul knows who would be the best candidate. If Ron Paul supporters' votes are split between Barr and Baldwin then it won't send a strong message to the Democrats or Republicans that American's are tired of their do nothing candidates. A large vote for either Barr or Baldwin WOULD send a message.
I want to write Dr Paul in when I vote but most of these write-ins will neither be seen or acknowledged so here I sit in my own little frustrated world not knowing what to do.
Ron Paul said that he would probably make an announcement
regarding who he supports sometime in September.
Let's wait and see who really gets the nomination in September before we go trying to decide about these other two guys.
My take is that Ron Paul is doing the same thing.
Why are we, his supporters, in such a rush to move on to someone else?

There is no endorsement anywhere.
Another question: HAS a presidential candidate the obligation to ENDORSE a candidate? I know that Romney did.

Both the Constitution Party and the Libertarian Party are deserving of the support of Ron Paul and his supporters. If WE don't support them nobody else will! They and their candidates appeal to different wings of the American freedom movement so recently invigorated by our hero, but it is unlikely that the success of one will come at the expense of the other. There are more that enough Americans for both, and a vote (or contribution) to either sends a powerful message that we are NOT going to fall for either Comrade Obama or Neocon McCain this November.
I am sure that Ron Paul would gladly agree that either Bob Barr OR Chuck Baldwin would make an EXCELLENT President of our Country. He shouldn't have to be put in the position of aggravating disagreements among his supporters by openly endorsing one or the other.
We have to get the message out that there are these two excellent alternatives to the dismal choices offered by the two halves of the establishment Party. We can do this without sniping at each other! Intelligent, well reasoned posts by Barr supporters should always be welcomed at this (and other Ron Paul) sites. So should supporters of the Constitution Party!
I think that any person with an IQ above his shoe size on the dailypaul would take Bob Barr over Barak Obama any day of the week. The same applies for Chuck Baldwin over Comrade McCain!! Lets work more WITH each other and remember wno our real adversaries are.

Why is everyone so quick to label?
All I said was that I think this post was disingenuous because Paul gave no hints at endorsing ANYBODY last night, and somehow his words are being misconstrued by this poster to where it appears that he is going to endorse Baldwin which is simply untrue. Why are Paul's comments on Baldwin only the words which are bold, italicized, and red? What is he trying to inference? Has Paul only said positive things about Baldwin?
I'm just basing my argument on the true facts of the words of Paul. Not on any speculation. "truth is treason in the empire of lies"

I intend to write in Ron Paul. But I also think that those who believe that writing in Ron Paul is a wasted vote or that it will not count, should have another option other than Obama or McCain. That is why I am collecting signatures to get Chuck Baldwin on the ballot. For this reason, it's my opinion we should all work to do this. Time is running out.
Baldwin needs ballot help from us. A revolutionary who needs help to get ballot access. Time to bring the Revolution to evangelicals. No more satanic ziongelicals to mislead the masses. To clarify about this deceptive post, the commentator asked if he has endorsed Bob Barr, and Paul merely said No, he hasn't endorsed anyone yet, but if he did that would likely come in September.
Barr and Baldwin our both on our team, and we need to support them both...

There is zero chance of Ron Paul endorsing Bob Barr. Zero. Zip, Nada, Nothing.
Not if it's a real political endorsement that favors only one person. There aren't enough similarities between Barr and Paul on issues, and Barr has had no personal connection with Ron Paul's campaign. If he endorses anyone, it will be Chuck Baldwin.

Another problem I find with this statement is that the TV host asked if Paul had endorsed Bob Barr. Paul answered correctly, No, because simply he hasn't. he hasn't endorsed anyone. So if the host asked him if he endorsed Baldwin his answer would have been the same, No. He then went on to say but if I do make an endorsement it would probably be in September. So by that exchange he gave no hint at all who he may endorse, and there is zero merit to the claim that he is going endorse Baldwin.

yesterday (Wed. July 16th) on the news whether he endorsed Barr...his answer was No! He said he may endorse someone AFTER September...
