Sheriff Doran accuses FLDS of wanting to "mess with" election simply because they plan to vote.

The sheriff of Schleicher County, who won re-election last time with only 903 votes, is worried that with 300+ new FLDS voters he could be ousted. This he says, is them "messing with the election."

Since when did voting and having one's fair say become "messing with" the election?

The FLDS, out of a desire to be good neighbors, did not register to vote when they moved in. The neighboring community feared they would become a massive voting bloc and would elect FLDS office holders. Out of a desire to maintain the peace, they did not register to vote. Now that they have been screwed over by the system they tried to respect, they are registering to vote.

I will applaud the day when all those self-righteous Baptists and Methodists of Schleicher County have themselves an FLDS sheriff, FLDS county commissioners, FLDS JPs, and FLDS dogcatchers. It'll show them that being kind to your neighbors really is the best policy.

The lesson isn't that the Nazi's got a bad rap. The lesson is that mass media or lack thereof controls us more than any government could ever hope to. Hitler used it to his benefit. We used it to ours. It's ironic that both countries are guilty of the same crime, lying to their people as a means to their own ends. I won't even get into the hypocricy of Prescott Bush or some of the other Nazi loyalists who's children and grandchildren have taken turns running our country using the same tactics as Hitler himself.......

Texas passed a new law to make child rape punishable by death.

I have two serious concerns:

1) If rape is punishable by death, it will motivate rapists to kill their victims in order to eliminate the witness - the punishment is the same either way; death is death, but in killing the victim, the rapist gets the benefit of not having a witness. Is our government really this stupid? Yes it is, the U.S. House agrees, see below.

2) With Texas' recent history of accusing innocent people of child rape, and trying to hide the truth through misrepresentation; will people continue to be charged with child rape based upon the actions of others, as an accomplice to child rape for performing a marriage between two teenagers, or even a child rapist based upon the age the government feels someone looks, without any regard to valid ID? How far will the government go in misrepresenting the actual evidence in an effort to 'win' their case?

And now the truth finally comes out. There was not a single underage mother! "Underage mothers" is what the state claimed justified kidnapping all the children. Now they quietly admit there were not any?

After invading the FLDS ranch on a hoax call, and then taking all the children from the FLDS community, based upon "widespread teen pregnancy of 31 underage teens" the state finally admits to media that 26 of the 31 'teens' were actually adults, and the remaining 5 gave birth after they were the legal age to marry of 16.

Not one single underage pregnancy! The whole thing was 100% lie! Including the hoax calls, 50 years olds raping 16 year olds, broken bones, welfare, sex bed in the temple, and abuse of young boys - all lies and slander by the government.

Someone needs to proofread this, make the necessary corrections, and repost. There are major grammatical errors every few words and it won't be taken seriously in its current state. I'd also advise an explanation as to what "MH" stands for so that people don't have to guess.

As the founders stated.. Government is a necessary evil... but to allow it to do anything more than the absolute minimum is only going to end badly.

The growth of government just as with the Multi-National Corporation is the same. It has to do with the ability to diminish accountability and liability.

Right now if these people sue and win the loser...once again will be the taxpayer and those who created the disaster will walk away with no harm to them.

And for us the average person... if we shame the public service workers all we do is discourage good people from the business and encourage those with no morals to take the positions.

It's lose- lose -lose. We should just resolve that Government should not be allowed to care for people. Because although it sounds good... it always ends badly.

this appears to have been written by 'mental health' worker? Do you have any source to verify where this came from? I remember reading about unsigned statements by mental health people involved.
