When I read them back in the 80's I was shocked that Tesla, in the
early part of the 20th century when he had a lab downtown NYC, was able to make a BUILDING start vibrating or swaying - I don't remember which...but it was scary.

This country didn't appreciate Tesla's genius and they favored Thomas Edison over Tesla, so foreign powers latched onto his brilliant inventions.

Q: Let me ask you specifically about last week's scare here in Washington, and what we might have learned from how prepared we are to deal with that (inaudible), at B'nai Brith.

A: Well, it points out the nature of the threat. It turned out to be a false threat under the circumstances. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real.

Thinking our government was 100% responsible and participated in the 9/11 attacks are more believable than HAARP causing earthquakes. HAARP is a very real thing but those claiming it's sensational capabilities are just theory there is no evidence.

Officially HAARP is a communications technology. Just look at the array for yourself. It's not a focusable technology like a concave dish. Where's the focal point? It's a static array of metal transceivers. That alone tells me that it's communications or even a remote weather station. I won't discount weather modification either but not earthquake induction. Theologies about other possible uses are plentiful and unsubstantiated at this time. If in the future something crops up that shows otherwise fine I'll believe it when I see it.

If we could cause earthquakes in real life, you know...outside of conspiracy neverland, the entire country of Iran would have become Godfearin' Christians by now, on their knees, begging to become part of the U.S., and offering their oil to George Bush for free.
